Who are we looking for?

• You will have the leadership skills and gravitas to operate comfortably with senior colleagues, up to and including Executive Officer level, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate delivery professionals across Capita

• Financial Services experience essential
• At least 5 years experience in leading large scale technical projects or workstreams, including offshore teams

• You will be familiar operating in complex and large-scale organisational environments, and will bring career experience in one or more of large operational, managed services, outsourcing or consulting businesses
• You will be a highly effective influencer of senior colleagues, with the emotional intelligence to match the intellectual skills required to ensure consistent application of functional standards, whilst remaining empathetic to the challenges Divisions face in delivering programme and projects effectively

Project Selborne is a wide scale, 12 year transformation of Royal Navy Training. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistive Technology Trainer to join our new team of in-house DSA Needs Assessors and AT Trainers.
Capita has been appointed by Student Loans Company (SLC) to supply Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) services in East England, the Midlands, London, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Assisting the Leisure Centre Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the site, developing customer relationships and ensuring the safety of our clients.
