The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Electrical building maintenance. Hours of work

- Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 16:30pm - 30 min lunch break
- Plenty of Overtime available

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Carry out Electrical Testing
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors

Requirements

- Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
- Electrical Testing Qualification - 2391 or Equivalent
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
