POSITION SUMMARY

Under supervision, pulls, packages and ships customer orders, supplies and equipment in a safe, effective and timely manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1.    Processes daily orders in a timely and accurate manner according to department standards in a pick/pack environment.
2.    Picks priority shipments first as communicated by the supervisor.
3.    Boxes and packs orders with packing materials to ensure safe delivery.
4.    Pulls product for orders; verifying product numbers and quantity.
5.    Verifies that order is pulled correctly.
6.    Stocks shelves accurately.
7.    Ensures regulatory compliance, process controls and safety standards are met.
8.    Ensures all company, employee and regulatory policies and procedures are followed.
9.    Maintains an organized, safe work environment.
10.    Knows and follows all safety rules.
11.    Rotates stock and ensures date stickers are on all product.
12.    Ensures no expired product is on the shelves.
13.    Keeps warehouse clean.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

•    High school diploma or equivalent required
•    Must be able to lift 50 pounds
•    Must be able to stand most of the day

Position Summary

Processes orders for pharmacy customers. Serves the needs of patients by accurately and effectively processing prescription orders. Listens to their concerns and addresses issues.

Essential Job Functions

• Answer in-bound pharmacy customer calls.
• Make out-bound calls to patients, healthcare providers, referrals, and insurance carriers.
• Resolve customer issues including billing and insurance denials with insurance carriers.
• Establish and maintain patient profiles including lists of medications, insurance, billing, and provider information.

Byram Healthcare is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for our corporate headquarters located in White Plains, NY.  The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO, CFO and EVP collectively and will be responsible for providing the full range of administrative support. Please note this position will require a hybrid schedule of being in the office Tuesday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple busy calendars, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings for the CEO, CFO and EVP

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software application development with IBM Informix 4GL. Knowledge and use of Informix ESQL/C, and Informix SQL is required. Supports business processes through the management and maintenance of data and image files. Gathers product information and images from suppliers. Publishes items to various outputs and platforms. Provides product information and images to the divisions and other internal departments in a timely and accurate manner with emphasis on product information maintenance and analytically processing changes within the system.

• Serves as subject matter expert on requirements of change to product data and images.
• Develops and implements new processes and procedures to ensure team’s ability to meet demand and improve efficiencies.
• Manipulates and maintains supplier/product data files and maintains product attributes for active and discontinued products.
• Request, analyzes and establishes new product data by review and verification processes and within departmental timeframe.
• Works collaboratively with Purchasing Team on product UOMs.  Maintains cross reference in product data.
• Provides analytical support to internal customers concerning product discrepancies and exceptions.
• Assists interdepartmental and field teammates with product/supplier/customer project issues.

Performs additional duties as directed. 

• Associate’s Degree required
• Three or more years of directly applicable experience

OR

• High School diploma (or equivalent) required
• Five or more years of directly applicable experience
• Or any combination of education and experience to meet the above requirements

• Ability to think analytically
• Ability to review and audit statistical information                             
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Must be highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

Position Summary:

Manages a caseload of new patients who are in need of Diabetes equipment and supplies as prescribed by their physician. The representative primarily makes outbound calls to patients and provides product information, informs on disease state implications, answers general questions discuss the cost and insurance plan coverage, and explains the new intake process to set a proper expectation for timing and responsibility for processing. Does interact with manufacturer counterparts on patient specifics, which leads to relationship development and enhancement.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Reviews all new referrals to Byram Healthcare for diabetes supplies.

• Verifies relevant demographics, insurance information, and products with patients.

• Reviews cost and coverage for products with patients as applicable.

• Manages assigned patients through medical records retrieval requests, prior authorization submissions, and shipments processes.

• Ensures patients meet all insurance criteria for specific insulin pumps being ordered. Completes benefits verification and eligibility checks with insurance plan providers.

• Accurately selects correct product and catalog codes, and billing and insurance information. Charts all calls and notes in the patient’s record, thoroughly documenting performed activities in internal records systems as part of the onboarding process.

• Maintains consistent communications with manufacturer partners on relevant intake and equipment issues. Submits relevant and authorized patient requests and information to provider offices to initiate service.

• Provides outstanding customer service to patients throughout the new intake process.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least one year of healthcare industry experience (highly preferred)

• DME(Durable Medical Equipment) experience(Required)

• Familiarity with basic medical terminology and payer/insurance processing and plans(required)

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, Salesforce

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Able to cope with heavy telephone and computer use

• Excellent telephone customer service skills

Position Summary

The Urology Account Manager is a key position within the sales organization. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, Urology, this person is responsible for generating new revenue for the company, focusing solely on Urology.

Job Responsibilities

• Metrics and performance are expected to be at 100% to quota in new revenue goals while also achieving YOY market growth.
• Conduct an average of 8-10 sales called daily.  Sales calls are field based and should be prescheduled as often as possible. 
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of new accounts. Conduct meaningful sales calls with each referral by building relationships, uncovering needs, creating solutions, and asking for business. 
• Pre and post call reviews are also to be conducted. 
• All activity for every sales call is to be logged in Salesforce on a daily basis.  Data logs should include but not be limited to: individual spoken to, office location and contact information, items discussed, products or services presented, competitive information, action or follow up required, and next sales call date.
• Focus core business activities within a territory’s top accounts, focusing on Quarterly Business Accounts.  Every account must be qualified and effectively position Byram’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with Byram’s manufacturing partners in the field to generate leads and sources of new opportunity. 
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Compliance Program to ensure all legal and ethical requirements and regulations are met.  
• Collaborate with colleagues in Operations, Reimbursement, and Managed Care to develop and execute pull through initiatives for all referral sources within their defined territory. 
• Maintain a high level of knowledge on Byram service, products, and managed care contracts.  Account Managers must be able to properly articulate and educate this information to any healthcare professional or referral source.
• Territory Business Plans are to be developed and maintained up to date in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager. 
• All emails and voicemails should be returned within the same day.  Maintain a calendar showing routing plans in order to maximize the number of calls per day to be achieved. 
• Expense reports are to be completed and submitted weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• 3-5 years sales experience, healthcare and/or service sales preferred
• Strong communication skills required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, juggling multiple items at once
• Ability to handle private and confidential information securely
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the defined geographical region
• Ability to travel up to 90%
