We are now looking for a Personal Assistant provide support to a director in our law firm. The candidates should meet the following requirements: -

Job Requirements:

· Diploma holder or ‘A’ levels or equivalent.

· Able to speak and write fluent English

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential

· Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable

· Have a pleasant and dynamic personality, and be willing to work overtime if required

· Able to work independently and as part of a team; and

· Good command of written and spoken English

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive personal and administrative support to the Director.
• Manage and coordinate the Director's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Director.
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and filings.
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient document management.
• Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Undertake research tasks and compile relevant information as required.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma holder or ‘A’ levels or equivalent.

· Able to speak and write fluent English

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential

· Prior relevant experience will be advantageous

· Have a pleasant and dynamic personality, and be willing to work overtime if required

· Operational/working knowledge of the eLitigation and Bizfile filing procedures;

· Able to work independently and as part of a team;

· Good command of written and spoken English; and

· Good typing speed and accuracy.

Job Description:

· Provide secretarial and administrative support to the partner(s)/associates;

· Prepare/draft various Court documents and conduct Lawnet/eLitigation/case searches;

· File documents via the eLitigation and Bizfile;

· Assist on the drafting, proof reading, marking-up, printing and scanning of agreements/letters/documents;

· Attending to clients and following-up on/updating them on their matters/enquiries;

· Performing a variety of secretarial duties including preparing bills, handling calls, managing files/documents, monitoring deadlines, scheduling appointments/meetings, managing calendars, replying to correspondence/emails/faxes; and

· Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

· Any prior experience in e-litigation, is an additional consideration, and will be considered favourably.
