Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, report preparation & submission, etc
• Manage end to end recruitment cycle including sourcing, arranging interview, salary proposal and on boarding process/orientation
• Assist to manage employees’ matters in areas of compensation matters, calculation of OT pay for workers
• Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
• Perform general HR administrative functions such as processing of Work Pass, preparation of appointment / confirmation letters, insurance claims for Hospital & Surgical and Work Injury Compensation
• To undertake other HR function and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time.
• Monitor office cleanliness and upkeeping of office equipment maintenance
• Assist in COVID related measures
• Preparation and submission of statutory, WICA and other relevant HR reports
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time

Qualification & Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business / Management or any related field
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge and experience in local employment laws and HR practices
• Background in Construction /Civil Engineering industry would be an advantage

Job Scope

• Taking measurements, drawing up plans for proposed works, sourcing materials, preparing estimates and undertaking shop/site visits.
• Operate various hand tools, power tools and equipment used to complete carpentry duties including: circular saw, table saw, router, pneumatic nail gun, ramset, drills, and other tools used for measuring, cutting, fastening, and drilling.
• Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures.

Requirement

• At least 1-2 years of experience in carpentry trade.
• Knowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the carpentry trade.
• Skills in the construction, repair, restoration, and installation of wood or related materials.

✔️ Prepared monthly cash flow for management

✔️ Prepare annual budget, rolling forecast for Profit & Loss

✔️ Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

✔️ Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

✔️ Preparation and submission of GST

✔️ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department such as month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger and etc.

✔️ Supervise and provide guidance to accounting staffs on all accounting related matters

• Able to prepare tender document for Design & Build project. BQ, Tender specification, Form of Tender, Drawings (by Designer)
• Able to quantity take off for multiple projects fast and accurately
• Able to source for materials, procure and deliver
• Able to source for new material, new suppliers and sub-contractors when required
• Able to perform site measurement & inspection with sub-contractor to certify work done to date
• Able to communicate fluently with client’s representative, landlord and authorities
• Experience in material market rate
• Experience in all installation market rate
• Good in negotiating prices
• Experience in F&B tender will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm creative design idea
• Liaise with customer on design requirement
• Executive full set drawings for submission to customers and building management etc (3D Visuals, Layout plan, Elevation , Detail drawing, material board and etc)
• Able to find new material in the market trend.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma Interior Design / Architecture Qualification
• No experience but with Interior Design background are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max + Vray, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and microsoft office.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction details and materials.
