Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting.
• Manage the month end closing process to achieve accuracy of financial accounts and ensure datelines are met.
• Prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual closing statements, produce tax related documents and any ad-hoc duties assigned.
• Support in cash flow management, providing projections for planning to optimize working capital gains.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager with a background in accounting to take on a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day accounting, administrative, and HR functions within our company.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute daily accounting tasks, including AR, AP, and GL functions and prepare financial statements/reports.
• Enhance and maintain the organization's administrative and accounting processes.
• Budgeting, financial data analysis and cash flow planning.
• Liaise with the Company Secretary for the Board matters including preparing for the board meetings.
