Position: Creative Designer / 3D Exhibition Designer

Basic Salary: SGD$2,500, SGD$3,000

Description and Responsibilities:

• Report to Lead Designer (Head of Department)
• To conceptualise and provide graphic/3D design layout such as perspective view, elevated plan, technical and line drawings
• Meet with existing and potential clients with assigned sales team members to determine requirements and needs
• Conduct site-recce to take measurements of space and photo-taking for super-impose
• Liaising with the production supervisor and lead carpenter on technical drawing
• Visit the production floor to inspect colour proof, quality check on production specifications and finishing
• Attend and present design concepts sales, tender briefing, and internal presentations
• Provide design support to the marketing department on visual publication for website and social media platforms.
• Sharing of best practices, innovative and creative ideas during team meetings
• Working collaboratively with internal and external partners such as the printers, production team, suppliers, and sub-contractors
• Conducting online research on relevant design projects
• Performing other duties that are assigned.

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant design experience.
• Well-versed with 3D Max, Google SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe CC for graphics

Position: Event Project Executive

Basic Salary: SGD$2,400 to $2,600 + Commission

Description and Responsibilities:

• Assist projects based on assigned sales representatives.
• Office-based and will go on several site visits.
• Conduct site meetings, measurements, and photo-taking.
• Work on costing, budgeting, procurement, and project planning.
• Liaising with the production head for internal costing and project management.
• Assist in managing and preparing quotations, based on compiled information for the events/renovation projects. This ranges from initial basic calculations, quotations, and Variation Order (VO).
• Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
• Oversee installation on-site and resolve project issues during the course of the project.
• Control project scope to meet project objectives to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
• Review, prepare and submit a tender project.
• Liaising with clients on project requirements and showing samples.
• Review of operational, and administrative systems and improvement plans.
• Create and manages system and processes within the daily operations.
• Working collaboratively with both internal and external members. Such as the sales, designer, production, operations, subcontractor, and vendor.
• On-Job Training (OJT) provided.

Requirement:

• As On the job is training, no relevant work experience is required
• Good communication skill is needed for discussion with both internal and external members, such as the sales, designer, production, operations, subcontractor, and suppliers
• Familiar with the use of MS applications, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Good with numbers which will be meant for computing costing and on-site measurement
• Knowledge of the filing system and processes

About the Role

Our client is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for various finance-related tasks for our Singapore and Taiwan entities. The main duties and responsibilities include:

• Perform purchase ledger duties for Singapore and Taiwan entities, including GST submissions, Taiwan VAT checks, invoice processing, and statement reconciliations. Also, process payments in the bank.
• Handle sales ledger responsibilities for Singapore and Taiwan entities, such as requesting GUI, credit control, allocating receipts, processing sales invoices in SAGE200, and issuing them to clients.
• Conduct general ledger analysis, ensuring prepaid invoices are accurately recorded and released, and allocating overhead costs to the correct departments.
• Analyze and reconcile balance sheets, and promptly notify the Finance Manager of any discrepancies or inaccuracies.
• Investigate discrepancies between project trackers and SAGE200 in collaboration with project managers.
• Execute month-end duties, including bank reconciliations, intercompany postings, payroll accruals, depreciation, etc.
• Submit payroll details to external payroll providers and make manual payments through the bank when necessary.
• Assist with any other tasks as needed.

About You

• 4+ years of finance experience
• Possess a degree in accounting or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• SAGE 200 experience is advantageous but not required
• Preferred, but not essential, experience in the Oil & Gas/Renewables industry
