Key Responsibilities
 

• Be a hands-on individual contributor, who can design solutions, code, automate and review the deliverables of other team members.

What Learning Technologies contributes to Cardinal Health

Learning develops, deploys and evaluates learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability in alignment to business strategies. • Experience working with SaaS solutions connected to a variety of different systems and platforms
• Experience working in an onshore-offshore development model
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to switch contexts between highly technical and business-focused topics quickly and easily

• Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into Anaplan models
• Maintain existing Anaplan models with a focus on continuous improvement, incorporating new functionality and fixing issues in production to support business objectives and initiatives
• Adhere to model development best practices and design standards in place
• Participate in data integration efforts between internal systems and Anaplan
• Monitor and validate data flows to and from Anaplan platform
• UAT testing and deployment with project team
• Utilize and share Anaplan model building best practices
• Open to 3 days work from office, Flex hybrid model.
