安全性の観点から社内外のステークホルダーと協議し、日本でのリスクマネジメントプランを自ら考え、実践いただける方を募集します。

具体的な業務としては、以下の通りです。

開発品安全性業務

• 申請時電子添文（使用上の注意項）／Risk Management Plan (RMP)（安全性検討事項、安全性監視計画、リスク最小化策）の作成
• CTDの安全性パート作成、審査対応

市販品安全性に関する集積検討、安全確保措置の立案

• 添付文書／RMP改訂要否の検討及び改訂、並びに規制当局、米国本社及び他社等との交渉／相談
• 安全性定期報告書及び再審査申請資料の安全性パート作成
• Globalにおけるシグナル評価の確認

その他

必須条件：

• 薬学又は医学に関する基本的知識

The General Medicine is one of focus area for our company and has been engaged in launch of innovative drugs while expanding target indications/therapeutic areas over the last years.

Role Summary

The Client Relationship Management (CRM) position will closely partner with market HR Directors and HR Business Partners to ensure the successful implementation of the Global HR Portfolio and Regional Programs. This role will support the continuous improvement of HR service delivery and execute organizational readiness activities.

As the Japan CRM, you will be the strategic partner of the Japan HR team, actively supporting the achievement of business goals through effective change management, operational excellence, and employee value proposition.

Worldwide governmental legislation and regulatory risk is increasing. In response, and as a critical component of the IT transformation, the ITRMS has consolidated security activities across IT and is also enhancing capabilities to support the Company’s critical markets, including Japan. To help meet these emerging needs/opportunities, we are seeking a professional to support our business risk management functions in Japan.

This role will be reporting to the company’s Japan Business Information Risk Officer (Japan ITRMS), and working as a member of Japan IT team as well as the regional ITRMS team in Singapore.

This role will help fostering a strong culture of information risk management and security across various divisions at our company – by assisting in providing ITRMS services and expertise that allow the business to operate in a risk informed and risk adjusted environment (as explained below).

This role will support ITRMS’ efforts in the region and assist in the creation of a comprehensive approach to anticipate, identify, prioritize, manage and monitor business information risks impacting our company’s Japan divisions.
