In this role, you’re expected to:

The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1 is an intermediate level role responsible for executing complex transactions and participating in complex processes in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to act as a subject matter expert while processing all regular transfers, payments, trade transactions, and wholesale card activity.

• Process all regular, restricted, and legal transfers, which include processing of payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity.

• Ensure transactions are processed efficiently, act as a SME (subject matter expert) and recommend process improvements.

• Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis, technical experience, and precedent.

• Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables with internal and external clients and vendors.

• Contribute to and collaborate with cash & trade operations projects as needed.

• Develop comprehension of how the cash & trade operations team interacts with others in accomplishing objectives.

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Min 2 years of previous relevant experience preferred.

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Transition Service Agreement (TSA) Admin based in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

In this role, you’re expected to:   

• The role will be in the Transition Service Agreement (TSA) functional group supporting the consumer banking divestiture.

• The TSA Admin is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.

• Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub function/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of information.

• Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact.

• Provide administrative support focusing on PMO activities including but not limited to project coordination, billing processing, entitlement tracking and third-party management

• Be accountable for identifying and resolving routine problems, completing assigned tasks within constraints of scope, time, budget, and quality with minimal supervision

• Support TSA Manager with project deliverables progress tracking, schedule monitoring, risk, and issue recognitions to ensure workflow are properly and timely managed

• Maintain governance committee decks, management reports, minutes of meetings and project artifacts by securing that all necessary materials are current and organized appropriately

• Perform Risk and Control related duties and ad-hoc assignments as specified by TSA Manager

In this role, you’re expected to:   

• Lead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional issues and topics post LD1 with Senior Management.
• Lead the identification and drive resolution of issues - escalated to management to ensure that right attention is provided and succeeded with support from manager to get Regional CBORC Lead to assist the teams for Audit preparations (includes multiple areas).
• Drive adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the project post LD1 till LD2.
• Ensure the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
• Direct the identification of risks which impact project delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.
• Escalate program risks to the senior management when appropriate. Apply comprehensive understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy (example: Decree13 analysis and agreement from CCO on the next steps)
• Applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
• Reviewing and approving end-to-end Process Mapping (Including Third Parties and Inter-affiliate) by working with stakeholders supporting DT to map and document processes including those that tie into third parties (external and internal).
• Supporting the R&C lead in all tasks such as MCA, IA, identification of risks and incorporating appropriate controls to ensure compliance with process and control requirements.
• Issue Escalation and Socialization- follow process to escalate and socialize material risk events and issues with country and regional management in line with the Asia Issue Escalation and Notification Guideline issued.
• Support root cause analysis, tracking of open items, risks and issues to closure within agreed timelines, and ensuring lessons learned are cascaded to the team members.
• End-to-end Regulatory Compliance Process Review- Review the robustness of the end-to-end regulatory compliance process in partnership with Country Compliance including the receipt and interpretation of rules and regulations as applicable, their documentation in the Compliance Regulatory Control Matrix (RCM), the mapping from the Compliance RCM to the MCA, and the testing of rules and regulations. (Eg. Decision 11, Decision 17 circulars related to various AML and ICRM regulatory change)
• Ensuring Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) Testing – including Annual Risk Assessments, Quarterly Risk Assessments, Continuous Risk Monitoring, identification of appropriate ARCM content continuously for VN DTU.
• Ensure in absence of R&C Lead that the Oversight, Coordination and Validation – Including overseeing the management of issues and CAP lifecycle as required for the Divestiture construct, managing Risk Exceptions and ensure timely renewals, as required are done on time.
• Training and Awareness- Engage relevant SMEs (Eg. MCA, AML etc.) for training of country DT staff on risk and control concepts, processes, tools, and on effective issue self-identification and testing to create an environment of permanent Control Readiness.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 5-8 years of experience managing or participating in projects and teams within the finance and 2 years in a professional management role.

The Ops Sup Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to: customer services for payments, sanctions screening & monitoring, regulatory reporting, record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 2 serves as the liaison between other internal departments and clients.
