SUMMARY:
The Sanitation Supervisor directs and supervises the cleaning of the plant production equipment and facility to meet food safety requirements as required by federal, state, and local regulations and by DFA to meet customer quality and safety standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day-to-day sanitation of equipment and facility. Training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Develops and documents cleaning procedures (i.e. SSOP’s, cleaning logs, etc.). Train and document all sanitation workers for the safe operation and disassembly of equipment. Ensure compliance with all safety rules and standards, including the proper use of personal protective equipment. Ensure food safety and quality control specifications are met. Ensure compliance with all company GMPs. Develop, maintain, and comply with Master Sanitation Schedule. Systematically develop clear and well-defined cleaning procedures for all equipment and facility areas. Work closely with management and chemical suppliers on chemical and process changes to improve sanitation results and reduce costs. Protect product during sanitation. Supervise, motivate, and train sanitation production workers. Coordinate all sanitation and some production items for the plant. Coordinate with R&D and Quality Assurance on all sanitation issues concerning production, new products, special runs, etc. Coordinate with Maintenance on any set-up/machinery/pump/mill/packaging or processing equipment problems to ensure that quality, productivity, and Food Safety standards are met. Works independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects. Other duties as assigned.

P5SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the overall customer and business development for a MUST WIN Customer in the Texas geographic marketplace. Reports directly to the VP of Sales.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Achieving sales volume and financial objectives; developing and maintaining strong and effective customer relationships; being aligned with the Business Units and executing their initiatives and strategies; providing effective timely and concise communication throughout the internal and external organization as it pertains to the Tyson Foods business with customer.
Other duties include:
Building category growth with our retail partners; achieving distribution targets; developing the promotional strategies that deliver efficient and effective spending for trade promotional dollars; working closely with the Customer Development Insights Team to ensure business development is aligned with consumer behavior.
Other responsibilities include:
Managing trade funds to stay within assigned budgets; properly planning expenses and staying within assigned travel and MDF budgets; ensuring the timely resolution of financial reconciliation in Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable deduction management as well as timely accurate administrative duties; keeping management informed of market conditions competitive activity and marketplace intelligence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Forecasts and manages attainment of AOP goals and trade budget of assigned categories collaborating with Team Members and the Customer. Ensures tactical adherence to Category Business Plan and trade spending strategy direction across all channels. Provides input to development of the Annual Growth Plan across all BU s and Categories. Ensure tactical execution against 4Ps tactics aligned to category strategies. Monitors and tracks key performance indicators and 4Ps objectives. Post analysis assess previous plans strategies tactics and initiatives 4Ps for assigned categories. Work with Team to review scenarios to optimize trade spending tactics working with CDMs and Customer Planning Analyst. Ensures Trade program effectiveness and efficiency is maximized and monitors trade spending. Establishes and maintains the relationships with SS P and Sales Operations to facilitate understanding and effective category trade management at the customer level. Develops effective internal and external communications leveraging category consumer and marketplace insights. Leads and develops Customer Annual planning process by Category working with TPM and SS&P Team. Model behaviors that support the Tyson Foods Culture - Right Behaviors. Establishes nurtures and maintains productive working relationships with key external and internal stakeholders. Effective leadership.

SUMMARY:
The Spice Technician ensures that products meet customer and company specifications while complying with regulatory standards for quality and food safety. This is accomplished primarily through on-the-floor processes.
RESPONSIBILITES:
The Spice Technician is responsible for the preparation and delivery, via fork lift, of seasoning to various production areas.
The Spice Technician ensures that all products and processes in assigned departments conform to company specifications and regulatory standards and process guidelines.
They will utilize SAP in maintaining accurate seasoning inventory through proper rotation tracking transferring and notification of necessary reconciliations.
Identifying problems and initiating corrective action in the event that materials products or processes are not within acceptable standards during the pre-operational and operational auditing and brine System operation and monitoring, in addition to their daily tasks.
The selected candidate will be cross-trained in other materials functions as needed.
The Spice Technician will be responsible for completing other duties as assigned.
The Spice Technician will be required to multi-task accurately and efficiently, in order to meet the demands of downstream customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED equivalency
At least 18 months of continuous work experience with a single employer with in the last 18 months.
Twelve months of related experience in manufacturing.
Forklift experience
Basic Computer Skills/SAP Experience a Plus
Ability to work 2nd shift M-F 12:30 PM – done, weekend coverage is required as dictated by production schedules.
This role is Onsite at our New London Plant, in New London, WI.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to endure non-weather related wet and cold environment 35 degrees.
