Cardiac Wireless Monitoring Technician (Norfolk, VA)

The Clinical Wireless Monitoring Technician will obtain the knowledge and skills required to analyze and process ECG transmissions/events through training courses including basic rhythm interpretation and software used to manage and document findings.  The Clinical Wireless Monitoring Technician I will provide technical analysis of ECG data supporting the completion of processing events.

Your Role:

• Reviewing ECG transmissions and related algorithm findings for clinical accuracy/completeness
• Evaluating ECG transmissions for physician notification criteria and document actions
• Escalating ECG abnormalities according to software and physician notification protocol
• Ensuring quality assurance of readings and reports that will be delivered to physicians in conjunction with the Lead and/or Supervisor.
• Meeting performance productivity standards as noted in the ramp up process once initial training is completed.
• Ensuring quality assurance of work analyzed and processed.
• Completing all assigned/required training, while staying up to date on developing clinical knowledge, specifically ECG rhythm interpretation

Availability/Shift requirements: 

• Upon hire, training will be offered and conducted via educator onsite and/or virtual classroom from M-F from 8am-4:30pm EST for the first (11) weeks followed by a 12-week ramp-up stage requiring flexible availability.  
• Upon successful training and ramp up completion, you will be assigned a regular shift (4 day/10-hour shifts; 2 days in office, 2 days from home).  This is a 24/7/365 business operation; thus, open availability, inclusive of revolving days, evening, overnights, weekends, and holidays, is required.  Preferred shift will be considered, but not guaranteed, as staffing is determined by business needs.  Morning shifts are not always available, but you may be considered for these shifts after following appropriate internal processes when opportunities become available.

• As a Philips ECG Solutions Account Executive, you will primarily be responsible for orchestrating the sales process from lead identification, prospect new business, maintain and grow existing client accounts and ensure sales strategies meet revenue objectives while promoting ECG Solutions products and services. 

• You will be a part of a dynamic sales organization, calling on cardiologists, electrophysiologists, hospital administrators, in both the office and hospital and report to the Regional Sales Leader. You will drive sales revenue and overall market share inside the territory as well as nurturing existing accounts.  You will arrange appointments, equipment demonstrations and eventual sales meetings of Philips ECG Solutions products and communicate the company’s competitive differentiation and value proposition to enhance sales and convert competitive accounts 

• This is a field based role and will require daily travel in the territory (Augusta, Savannah, Macon GA). 

You're the right fit if:  

• You’ve acquired three (3) or more years’ sales experience reflecting a track record of proven success within the Medical Device and / or Biotechnology arena, preferably in cardiology. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota of more than $1M. 

• Your skills include advanced selling capability that showcases commitment to sales and company strategy, customer satisfaction, negotiation and the ability to close. Experience and success in hunting for new business; experience selling in hospitals or IDNs preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills required. 

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or health related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

Your role:

Experience in testing REST web services using Rest Assured library or Postman, is a plus

Experience in tools like Maven, Gradle, AzureDevOps and writing shell scripts to automate build, deploy of product code to cloud.

Experience working with vendors and third-party consultants, a plus

Experience with testing, deployment and support of software applications in a regulated business environment, a definite plus

Strong analytical skill with the ability to negotiate and capture requirements accurately and succinctly.

An engaged participant in all testing tasks: planning, design, integration, test, deployment and improvement.

Total 9-13 years of software testing experience in various stages of product lifecycle. Design, Development, maintenance stages.

At least 5 years of job-related, hands-on experience, testing and documenting the application’s use cases with tools like Microsoft Azure or JIRA

At least 5 years of hands-on experience, building automation test suites and demonstrated experience in building reusable test frameworks.

At least 5 years of work experience using Selenium, Appium or similar automation tools

• At least 3 years of work experience in testing mobile applications (IoS and Android) and automation.
