Responsibilities

• Maintaining existing sales accounts and upselling for new products
• Follow up with new customers for potential sales of new products
• Plan sales visits, customer calls daily
• Meet sales and profits targets as directed
• Proposed and follow up on sales lead, sales orders and deliveries
• Providing support to customer enquiries in technical information gathering
• Provide good after sales service to customers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree preferably in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering/Industrial Automation
• At least 1-2 years in mechanical/electrical components or related experience in sales/ application in industrial automation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce
• Good written and oral communication, including formal presentation skills
• Results driven and self-motivated for new challenges
• Customer service oriented and a good team player
• Good Sales leads follow up actions leading to order closure.

Other requirements:

• Good relationship with OEM (original equipment manufacturer), SI, EMS (electronics manufacturing services), End User would be an added advantage.

Work Location: Toh Guan

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and coordinate resources for daily inbound / outbound warehouse operation so as to ensure efficient and timely operation of the distribution
• Contribute to the development and modification of warehousing policies and procedures to ensure proper internal control and handling
• Ensure shelving storage management
• Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of same to verify results
• Promote continuous improvement by adopting some Toyota Japanese production system concept such as Kaizen, Genchi Genbutsu and etc to develop and implement warehouse operation process/workflow so as to optimize efficiency
• Implement and monitor safety procedures in warehouse operations, ensuring team members comply with daily work duties
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, motivating and organizing the teams members to meet or exceed productivity targets
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports to Management/JHQ
• Involved in the hiring, training and development of Warehouse personnel

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or other equivalent field of studies
• At least 2 years supervisory experience
• Willing to do hands on operations and customer service oriented
• Strong analytical ability and sensitive to numbers figures and time.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point) for data analysis and reporting purposes
• Experience in warehouse / logistics/ Japanese manufacturing will be an advantage
• Self-driven, highly motivated and possess initiative

Working Hours:

Official:

Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm

Rotational weekend (once/ twice a month):

Saturday - 8am to 2pm (Paid allowance of $150)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
• Handle and assist customers on their sales enquiries via emails, phone calls and live chat
• Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc
• Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
• Liaise with stakeholders on customers’ orders
• Promote Web Ordering System to customers

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level Qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer’s enquiries

Responsibilities

The person in this position will handle all back-end operation tasks relating to sales.

The candidate will report to the Business Development Manager of Machinery Division and will be responsible for the following activities.

• Manage product line up based on customers or market requirement.
• Collecting and analyzing historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products
• Placing purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock.
• Minimize OOS by actively monitoring stock inventory.
• Work closely with supplier to ensure profitability for stock items, propose strategies to reduce costs.
• Work closely with supplier for On-Time Delivery and expediate when necessary.
• Handle customer technical support cases through phone or email submission, communicate with supplier (if necessary)
• Maintenance or update product master database.
• Work with other departments on product related activities such as product discount, quality check etc.
• Collate statistics and generate reports.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree preferably in Business/Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics & Electrical / Industrial / Precision Engineering/ Marketing.
• 1-3 years relevant B2B industrial sales experience.
• Experience in Stock Management.
• Possess high energy and result oriented.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Good time management skills and team player
• Competent in MS Office, MS Access skills are required.
• Able to understand basic technical term in product drawing.
