Project Coordinator/Executive (Contract Position)
Pay range: $2300-3500
Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator for a contract position to support our project management team. The Project Coordinator will primarily be responsible for handling administrative tasks for various projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and available to work onsite on weekends as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
· Assist in the preparation and organization of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
· Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.
· Maintain project files, records, and databases.
· Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
2. Communication:
· Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
· Provide regular updates on project progress and status.
· Address inquiries and concerns from team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
3. Logistics and Coordination:
· Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment for project activities.
· Arrange travel and accommodation for project team members, if necessary.
· Assist in the procurement of goods and services related to projects.
4. Onsite Weekend Work:
· Be available to work onsite on weekends to support project activities as required.
· Coordinate and oversee weekend project tasks and activities to ensure timely completion.
5. Team Collaboration:
· Collaborate with project managers, coordinators, and other team members to support project execution.
· Provide administrative support to project teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of ITE or its equivalent; Diploma holders are preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles or project coordination.
- Fresh graduates who are highly driven and eager to learn are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office Suite and project management software tools.
- Availability to work onsite on weekends on an adhoc basis.
