Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, managing, and assessing the performance of all ALSS, LS, and Security Program Assistant (SPA) personnel assigned on the TO, to include:

• Ensuring that all ALSSs are executing their responsibilities efficiently and effectively.

• Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources Functions, including recruitment & selection, onboarding & offboarding, performance management, employee retention, training and development, staff welfare and benefits etc
• Support HR-related transactions and inquiries from employees to ensure requests are delivered effectively whilst meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements
• Handle face-to-face employee queries, advising on the company policies and best practices
• Collaborate with employees and the management to liaise on human resource policies, procedures, laws, and standards
• Assists with the preparation of the performance review processes
• Assists in approval processes and conduct relevant recruitment activities
• Assists in reviewing and proposing compensation packages including benefits based on recognized data to stay competitive within the industry
• Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop effective solutions and programmes
• Evaluate overall training and development requirements
• Manage projects to ensure timely launches of new services and programmes
• Partners closely with third-party vendors to support total rewards, benefits and other administrative processes, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement as required
• Support day-to-day operations and ensure that all aspects of operations meet organizational goals

You will be reporting to the Head of Finance & Administration directly. This incumbent will be part of a dynamic team, which focuses on recruiting the best talent and executing exemplary talent management policies.

Skills & Qualifications Required

To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business/ Human Resources or within areas of discipline, with at least 4-5 years of relevant HR Managerial experience, preferably from the Real Estate sector, as well as with an excellent understanding and knowledge of labor law and local tax regulations.
