WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities;
- Provides secretarial/administrative support directly to executives, exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy;
- Uses business software applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; may prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries;
- Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries; typically arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements and tracks expenses;
- Executive’s calendar – sets and follows-up meetings, aligns timing across multiple calendars, time zones, and constantly changing agenda, interacts with both internal and external contacts, etc.;
- Arranges all logistics – flights, hotels, transportation, visas, permits, etc. and prepares and execute detailed travel itineraries (complicated and dynamic agenda/logistics with high quality standards);
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 10+ years of working experiences in administrative roles including but not limited to C level executives support in global companies
- Holds a Bachelor Degree in business administration or relevant fields
- Proven work experience in supporting C-level executives;
- High-level organizational skills and ability to prioritize; can work independently, make decisions under tough timelines
- Excellent communication skills; fluent English is required as the candidate will be required to liaise with stakeholders globally.
- Recognized as an expert and advisor within the organization and has in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function;
- Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process or service improvements;
- Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business;
- Operates with broad latitude in a complex environment
