● Data and reports: Annex 24 inventory accuracy reports, AXLValidate reports, Issues and gaps to be fixed with the teams.
● Other general duties and special projects: Stock validations against ERP, special status reports, Systems integrations special projects.

Position Summary:
The Patient Service Representative and Scheduler (PSR/S) for CMHVI is responsible for accurate coordination and implementation of scheduling, registration, insurance verification, co-pay collection, telephone management, patient portal management and patient discharge ( check–out) process for various hospital departments and provider locations within CMHVI and partner organizations. The PSR/S schedules complex visits or procedures coordinating the appropriate resources needed for each patient. The scheduling can include coordination and collaboration with up to five different resources. The job responsibilities requires completing multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsible for accurate and complete patient accounts based on organization standards, policies and procedures, HIPAA , and compliance with regulatory agencies, to include but not limited to pre-registration and registration functions. Provide exceptional customer service to our Patients, Providers, and all Departments, specifically- Cardiothoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery & Wound Care.
Education and Experience:
1) High school diploma or equivalent required

4) Understanding of various insurance plan requirements, government agencies, Medicare and Medicaid

Essential Duties:
1) Projects a positive image of the department and organization as the first line of contact with patients regarding access to our services
2) Interacts daily with patients regarding appointment scheduling, insurance verification, payment collection, medical necessity, etc., and follows established standards and reference guidelines by demonstrating the ability to assist patients, internal departments, and providers.
3) Schedules complex procedures for all specialty services rotating to CT/Vascular office.
4) Demonstrates the ability to accurately register patients for up to 10 different departments.

11) Provides information to patient for financial assistance, prior to services being rendered.
12) Interacts with patients/families in a professional manner. Provides explanations regarding appointments, insurance coverage; ensures confidentiality of patient records.
13) As patient discharges, reviews the encounter form for completeness and for provider instructions. Schedules follow up visits as instructed.

15) Maintains expert understanding and skill set with Cerner and other scheduling tools as needed.
16) Handles all inquiries regarding billing, scheduling, and referrals per departmental procedures and appropriately refers other inquires for proper intervention.

Oversight of Charge Description Master functions and reimbursement analysis.
Supervision and coordination of Charge-master management functions in researching coding and billing guidelines, researching insurance contracts, and updating hospital Charge-master.
Works with the revenue producing departments to ensure the ongoing coordinated consistency of the Charge-master, including accurate descriptions, coding, additions, deletions, pricing, charging methodology and any other changes.
Collaborate with managerial and supervisory staff to ensure regulatory billing with correct coding on accounts.
Maintain a working knowledge of revenue cycle process to aid in the implementation of regulatory standards that assist the health system in cash collection while accurately complying with billing guidelines.
Monitor compliance with corporate, federal, and state guidelines.
Oversees all cost reporting to CMS for funding for GME programs in cooperation with the Finance Department.
Work with Finance to perform applicable analyses to understand net revenue effect of proposed Charge-master changes.
Performs analysis, identifies trends, validation of compliance as related to fiscal activities generating additional revenue, reducing bad debt expense and charity write-offs and overall expense reduction.
Remain current with updated coding and billing regulations.
Prepares, monitors, and files Medicare and Medicaid Cost Reports assuring maximization of reimbursement from third-party payors.
Responds to surveys affecting Medicare and Medicaid rate revisions, interim payments, and hospital-based physician arrangements.
Monitors changes and proposed changes to Medicare and Medicaid regulations and determines the financial effect of these changes on the organization.
Coordinates financial audits conducted by CMS, DCH, and other governmental intermediaries on prior year’s cost reports and surveys.
Provides management for Indigent Care Trust Fund processes and reporting.

This mechanic will be required to troubleshoot systems, conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of aircraft systems and components, including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, fuel systems, and mechanical components. Mechanic will apply technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and airworthiness. They will apply required expertise in restoring aircraft to airworthy condition by interpreting technical documents, such as manufacturer's manuals, Airworthiness Directives and Technical Bulletins.This role typically has a "home base" at the Classic Air Service Center.
Shift is Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm
Performs daily aircraft maintenance for aircraft at their home base and satellite locations.
Schedules, coordinates, and completes scheduled maintenance and inspections in a timely manner.
Documents, maintains, and completes aircraft records in accordance with FAA and Intermountain requirements.
Tracks aircraft inspection, component due times, and completion of tasks in computer database.
Responsible to maintain company-owned special tools and equipment in good working order. Ensures calibration requirements are met.
Assists as requested in the transport of equipment and supplies, including, but not limited to medical equipment and medical drug bags with controlled substances.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of trends and new developments in the aviation field.
