RESPONSIBILITIES

The role requires the individual to oversee Customer Support Service (CSS) team to support 1-Net core business, operations and services with 24x7 service availability at multiple sites of Data Centre (DC), including management of DC network infrastructure, network operation/services and service delivery.

This role also requires the individual to be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures that interfaces with the sales process, various services provisioning and customer requirement support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team of network engineers for the operations and management of 1-Net DC Core Network infrastructure, including peering network, DC Hosting network, Cross Connect services, Data Center Corridor service and data center MMR management. Assign team resources to support daily network operations and ensuring fair distribution of assignment.
• Monitor and improve overall network performance, optimise network bandwidth utilisation and secure 1-Net Core network infrastructure from potential network security risks.
• Network capacity management to ensure adequate resources available to support business and operations needs for network services.
• Support network services for internal and external customers, response to incident escalation and coordinate team effort in determining root cause and resolving problem. To work on preventive measures such as revise SOPs, re-engineering of network architecture, upgrade/enhancement and tech refresh.
• Test and evaluate technologies for supporting new network service, contribute in planning, design and implementation of new network services.
• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the implemented solutions in meeting user's requirements and work processes, procedures, timeliness & quality of project delivery.
• Structured cabling system implementation and cross connect provisioning
• Ensure contracted service level agreements and key performance indicators are met
• Negotiating solutions, resolving conflicts and anticipating/ handling critical situations to ensure successful delivery of service to customers.
• Manage pre-sales activities including, but not limited to RFI, RFQ & RFP preparation, solution design, technical clarification and discussion.
• Manage relationship with customers, internal stake-holders and functions. Ensure that the assigned project(s) complete & handover to customers on time.
• Develop and align network policies/process for consistent implementation across all 1-Net data centers, ensure network operations is in compliance to regulatory and certification requirement, such as IMDA regulation, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, OSPAR. Work towards continual improvement in operational efficiencies, enabling innovation, furthering productivity and delivering value.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• Extensive Knowledge and experiences in networking and network devices, capable of designing and implementation of network solutions to support business and operations needs.
• Understand and have similar experiences in IP Transit implementation and operations, Internet routing, DNS management.
• Manage network operations across multiple physical sites.
• Network protocols such as TCPIP, BGP, FTP, HTTP, DNS, etc
• Knowledge of cloud service network and service provider security best practices preferred
• Must possess Network and Security troubleshooting skills and experience with management of network devices (switches, routers, firewall)
• Deep understanding and experience on Data Center structured cabling system and MMR deployments, Cross Connect planning and implementation.
• Good understanding of IMDA regulations on SBO license, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI-DSS and OSPAR requirement.
• Degree/Diploma in IT or relevant Discipline.
• Certification in CCNA, CCNP is highly preferred and ITIL will be a plus
• Good command of English, both written and spoken

Provide support in relation to medicines management and be able to assess colleague’s competency to manage medication.

Collate performance information required for the monthly management and other reports as required by the home manager.
Undertake clinical audits as required by the home manager and clinical and care governance. Ensure action plans are fully implemented.
Review accidents and incidents and ensure that lessons learnt are translated into practice. Conduct investigations as directed by the home manager, following an accident, incident or complaint.
Ensure high standard of record keeping are maintained in accordance with company requirements.
Review compliance with the Health and Social Care Act (2008) and Essential Standards of Quality and Safety (2010) and ensure that any requirements and recommendations made following a CQC review are actioned appropriately.
Ensure that clinical equipment is maintained in a safe, clean and fully functional state and that colleagues are competent and confident to use it.
Report areas of concern to the home manager and agree appropriate action to be taken.




Ensure that clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to care delivery are maintained and effectively used by colleagues


Ensure colleagues are aware of company policies and procedures and that these are incorporated into practice.
Ensure effective and clearly documented handover systems are in place and that they facilitate the effective transfer of information between colleagues.
Ensure that notifications are completed and sent to CQC, in accordance with regulatory requirements and that all accidents and incidents are reported, recorded and investigated in line with company policy.
Ensure that all colleagues are aware of safeguarding vulnerable adults procedures and that these are implemented within the home.
Organise team meetings and ensure that minutes are taken and disseminated.
Provide information to residents and relatives in relation to care delivery, being mindful of data protection and Caldicott requirements.




Act as a role model for good care governance practice


Act at all times within own competence and knowledge.
Report any concerns regarding poor performance or unsafe practice via line management.
Intervene immediately in situations where there is significant risk to residents.
Assist the home manager to meet all relevant regulatory, contract and good practice standards.
Maintaining necessary residents confidentiality; at all times being mindful of Caldicott requirements.




Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults / Mental Capacity Act

To complete training on Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults and the Mental Capacity Act and be able to understand and implement SVA and MHA policies and procedures taking responsibility for reporting any safeguarding concerns to the senior person on duty or on-call RD

Position Summary :

This role is responsible for overall customer service function in Asia.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Regional Customer Service strategy and People Development Plan including succession plans and/or organization changes to achieve department's sustainability and meet business needs.

• Develop CS management performance metrics to manage and lead the day-to-day Customer Service responsibilities including monitoring of all deliveries, month-end activities, cross-functional alignment, and communication.

• Maintain strong engagement with stakeholders to ensure conformance to order delivery, fulfilment

and customer satisfaction needed for business success.

• Regular engagement with Global Customer Service to maintain Global-Regional alignment.

• Manage back-orders and/or impact of supply interruptions on customers, provide timely updates and communications to customers by working together with internal and external stakeholders.

• Subject matter expert for all current and future systems and processes used in the Order-To-Cash

(OTC) and Master Data (MD) environment in APAC.

• Tracks key performance metrics, customer service performance data, and generates improvement

opportunities.

• To drive process improvements using data analytics and influence improvements across the

organization.

• Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of operations.

• Create a common framework and set of protocols for how we manage customers to support Sales.

• Responsible for Customer Service Team's actions to resolve any customer claims or complaints,

including processing customer returns or credit notes and follow up with logistics / quality for

resolution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain and or related field

• At least 8-10 years of relevant managerial working experience in a Manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of customer service, trade incoterms and customs procedures

• Knowledge of ERP system

• English -Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling English speaking people

• Good Interpersonal, Communication, analytical and management skills

• A good team player and positive attitude

• Willing to take new challenges and make a difference.

• Willing to travel within Asia Pacific

The successful candidate should be required to manage demand and capacity for 2ww pts across the specialties. This is a hands-on position where the role of Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving all aspects of customer success metrics across our Enterprise accounts. • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement.
• Identify opportunities for customers to proactively act as Perx advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies) to share our vision of the future of customer engagement.
• Be the thought leader in helping our customers drive their customer engagement strategies by providing consultative services and expert advise in building their customer acquisition, monetization and retention models.
• The CSM will own renewals, retention and collaborate with sales team on revenue expansion activities such as upsells or conversion of pilots to fully paid multi-year subscription deals.
• Marshall resources across the Perx organization as needed to support customers’ needs.
• Bridge gaps between customer-needs / evolution of customer needs with Product teams.
• Share and co-innovate on Product Roadmap.

Who are we looking for?

• BA/BS degree in sales and marketing or equivalent field with a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant industry experience in leading success of customers
• B2B Enterprise experience across multiple verticals is a key advantage
• In-depth knowledge & proven expertise in the area of customer success
• Demonstrated stakeholder management
• Experience working in a SaaS start-up will be added advantage
