You will be responsible for ensuring that Moladin's operations and transactions are in compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation. • Develop, maintain, and implement legal credit operational programs, including policies and guidelines, documentation, training logs, and related policies/procedures.

Founded in 2020, Antina is a JV between Starhub Mobile and M1 and is responsible for the rolling out of the 5G Standalone (SA) Radio Access Network (RAN) in Singapore for the two mobile network operators.
The Standalone 5G (SA) RAN is a game-changing ultra-high speed, low-latency network, and one which will enable new use cases across entertainment, cloud gaming, transportation, education and healthcare. 5G is used across three main types of connected services, including enhanced mobile broadband, mission-critical communications, and the massive IoT.

Non-standalone 5G (NSA) was the first stage of 5G, using a new 5G radio (or 5G NR) access network overlaid on an existing 4G LTE network core. Description

Responsibilities include:
• Review of agreements and terms & conditions for:
o direct and indirect global procurement including high value contract manufacturing agreements
o regional sales and services organizations;
o global logistics, facility construction, lease, renovation contracts;

The Role

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise internal stakeholders and negotiate with external counterparts on a variety of commercial agreements, including third party agreements, operations agreements, services agreements, partnerships, and marketing agreements
• Develop and implement processes for efficient and streamlined operations surrounding contract negotiation and processes

Key accountability
