B has complex care needs including a moderate learning disability, autism, communication challenges, ADHD, some sensory processing challenges as well as a diagnosis of psychosis. He is a gentleman and is energetic, chatty, independent, super direct individual. He enjoys going out in his new car to the beach, walks in the woods, going to a pool club, and he enjoys dancing to 80s music (Duran Duran mostly!)

You’ll also join our growing team in Norfolk consisting of Team Leaders and PBS workers, including another manager Simon who has five dogs! We’re really proud of how we’re setting up our care services in Norfolk and are continuing to grow over the next few months.
