• OHSA - Ensure compliance of Occupational Health & Safety Act (section 25, 26, 27, and 28) per Hiram Walker & Son’s Ltd Policy- Management-Supervision-Worker Safety Responsibilities
• ISO Compliance/Daily Operations/Health & Safety/Manpower Alignment.
• Customer Service – ensure orders are entered accurately and shipped according to customer requests

• Assist with annual stock-take or ad-hoc stock take exercise
• Other office administration duties

Requirements:

• GCE 'N' Level / NITEC
• Able to read chinese names on goods and invoices
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and under pressure
• Possess initiative and result oriented
• Willing to work 50% in non-aircon environment
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS office eg: Word, and Excel.
• Meticulous and high accuracy at work
• Work Location: Upper Thomson (Transport provided at designated locations(Hougang, AMK)
• Work hours: Mon-Fri: 8am-5.45pm, 1 Sat/mth only: 8am-2pm(with 1 off day given on weekdays)

Pay Range:

75,000-90,000
