To work collaboratively with the Assistant Directors and Pathway/Service Leads in the preparation of the Business Units Delivery Plan, CQUINs and Quality Priorities. Prepare and deliver named service peer reviews as agreed, reporting on the performance of services within area of responsibility.

Job Description:

Maintains and evaluates the region’s compliance status with various regulatory bodies including customs, export control and applicable tax authorities. Ensuring proper documentation and procedures are maintained in accordance with regulations.

Reviews internal controls, develops processes, administers the compliance audit program, and oversees corrective action plans for the region. Identifies compliance gaps and recommends process improvements.

Assists in establishing and maintaining localized policies and procedures for compliance with import and export regulations as well as ensuring broad Company awareness of these requirements.

Identifies and develops business processes to address compliance risks, with a focus on continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and improve performance to customers.

Responsible for monitoring and reporting KPIs and metrics to senior management and daily reporting of import and export compliance for the region.

Sets overall budget, operational strategy and priorities for assigned area of responsibility.

Prioritizes and manages projects in the region for both import and export compliance which involves defining the project scope, budget, scheduling and execution of project risk.

Job description as per following:

• Work with Product team, Business consultants and development team to define acceptance criteria and the definition of done in relation to IT QA and test management

• Writing and executing manual test cases and checks and reporting back to the team

• Measuring and reporting test coverage across all the applicable coverage dimensions

2. Experience in regulatory filing with FDA/HSA is desired.

About the role
This role shall be responsible for leading the development, management and control of IQE Suppliers working alongside the Global Supply Chain Team to execute the IQE Quality and Supply Chain strategies within the IQE Group. Primary responsibilities include developing the supplier audit and monitoring process within the IQE Group that enable IQE to grow as a business efficiently. Interface with BU, Operational and Supply Chain teams to prioritise supplier development
