Regional Business Development Director

As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our B2B organization regionally. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, pursuing sales opportunities, and expanding our customer base. Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

• Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities.

The Role

This role will entail supporting our multinational clients in the delivery of consulting services to the headquarters and coordination of both local consulting and local broking services in the area of medical and other insured benefit programs. Key tasks associated with this role will be:

Coordinating services to headquarters

• Working with senior consultants act as the day-to-day contact that is able to provide updates on local country activities and proactively identify and escalate issues with our clients
• Provide proactive advice around the opportunities to optimize the way benefits are managed globally (effective use of local resources, brokers, consultants, third party providers).
• Keep abreast of changes in legislation, market practice or otherwise, to identify issues that clients should be addressing.
• Support the use of technology, including Benefits Manager, BenTrack, Benefits Data Source, BenVals and other tools to help clients to maximize the value from the information collected.
• Identify opportunities for integrating our services with other consulting services offered by Willis Towers Watson.

Coordinating local consulting and local broking services

• Work with the Global Benefits Center (GBC) to ensure updates to the status trackers and population of data in the appropriate benefits inventory tool or databases;
• Effectively manage projects using established project management tracker and technology to deliver a successful project across all countries;
• Work with relevant parties (including the local H&B teams) to ensure local broker-of-record letters (or similar) and statements of work are in place; With support from the GBC, engage in dialogue with in-country consultants/brokers as needed, to ensure local issues are resolved;
• Participate in regular (as necessary) calls both internally and with the client to communicate progress and resolve outstanding matters;
• Review local broker reports and other communications to ensure consistency of style and message, as appropriate;
• Deal with issues that arise, and escalating as appropriate;
• Ensure that wider IGS/H&B team is kept appraised of issues and brought into conversations as necessary;
• Develop regional financial and stewardship reports, as required

The Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working within HR or in a benefits program related capacity, experience managing insured benefit programs is preferred
• General understanding of the benefits program within APAC, especially for insured programs, deep country specific knowledge is a plus
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask several projects simultaneously
• Analytic skills and attention to details
• Experience working collaboratively with other team members
• Effective communication in English, including written, verbal and presentation
• Ability to communicate in a second language is a plus
• Flexibility in working schedule and ability to participate in meetings outside of regular working hours
• Experience with software and hardware technology and system, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• BA/BS degree preferred

Main responsibility is to manage team to identify and develop business opportunities for the company’s services in recruitment placement, payroll outsourcing, executive search and HR consultancy. Responsibilities

The Role

The role will report into the Head of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Strategy and Innovation and will work directly with the other SEND strategic leaders within that service, as well as across the Education Quadrant Teams and Health and Social Care.  Operational responsibility for the Essex Education Psychology Service will sit within the Education Quadrant Teams.

This is a strategic role to drive the vision and development of the Essex Education Psychology Service, ensuring it has a high national profile to attract the very best talent. The role will influence sustainable system change, developing the long-term plan for the service to secure its sustainability into the future, ensuring everything is aligned to the directorate strategic vision and priorities.

The postholder will line manage the SEND Strategy Leads for autism, SEMH and SLCN and matrix manage the lead for Cognition and Learning and thus play a key role in driving improvements in outcomes for all children and young people with SEND in Essex.

The Opportunity

To apply an educational psychology focus to strategic leadership, as part of the SEND Strategy and Innovation Leadership Team, ensuring resources are targeted effectively aligned with strategic priorities and evolving needs of Essex residents.

• Works collaboratively with SEND teams to ensure appropriate EP involvement and representation at SEND Tribunal appeals;
• To ensure EPs are enabled to provide advice that is robust, impartial and child-centred, and which meets HCPC best practice requirements;
• Deliver clinical/ professional supervision to Deputy Principal Educational Psychologists (EPs) and setting the clinical supervision plan for the EPS

The Experience You Will Bring

• Educated to British Psychological Society (BPS) recognised first degree in psychology and eligibility for chartered status within the British Psychological Society and a Masters Degree or Doctorate in Educational Psychology.
• Evidence of continuing professional development and expert knowledge in relevant professional area, with current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• In depth knowledge and understanding of SEN and other legislation which impacts upon children and young people.
• Experience of working with children and young people with SEN/Disability and detailed knowledge of research informed interventions and approaches that prevent and meet SEN.
• Excellent leadership skills and behaviours with the ability to motive a diverse team to achieve joint objectives and strategic change.
• Previous experience of taking a leadership or management role in a multi-agency project or in a team; including delivering supervision and/or line management to colleagues, or evidence of the necessary skills to do this.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining high ethical standards both personally and professionally; shows integrity and is reliable and trustworthy.
• Ability to build strong working relationships which are collaborative in nature and engender delivery.

Technical Lead Design for maintenance and enhancement of System Integration projects in the field of biometrics capturing and automated immigration clearance Systems. The Technical Lead is required to lead a team of J2EE developers in architecting and implementing turnkey enterprise scale J2EE applications. This includes requirements gathering, architecting the business requirements into technical design and leading a team of J2EE developers to implement, test and commission the applications.

The Technical Lead will lead the team in the investigation and resolution of production issues. The

candidate should have good trouble-shooting skill and able to perform end-to-end investigation of issues from client to server.

Requirements:

• The candidate should be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

the role of Technical Lead in J2EE solution architecting and design, are also welcome to apply.
