The successful candidate will:

• Take strategic responsibility for contract and brokerage management activity and for the delivery and transformation activities that will drive high-quality care and support services.

• Be accountable for the preparation, contribution to and associated action plans following regulatory inspections and to drive the changes of the Adult Social Care Reform where this aligns to the delivery of commissioned provision.
• Continuously review current strategies and sufficiency forecasts, developing these for placed based community provision, and identifying and exploiting opportunities for how forecasts are used to both inform contract and brokerage arrangements.

About you

Job Summary

To assist the Engineering Manager with the execution of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) operations, maintenance, energy management programs, in alignment with the Bedrock quality standards and operating objectives. The First-Class Building Engineer would be a team member with a heavy MEP knowledge base who would assist in multiple properties. This team member would also serve as a technical resource for construction projects, property management, and other internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for plant operations, including but not limited to:

  • Plant startup and shutdown

  • Operations Rounds 

  • Ensuring Plant optimization

  • Performing chemical analysis tests as set forth by Engineering Leadership, reporting any abnormalities and substandard results

  • Utility meters readings, steam, gas, water, and electric

• Responds to multiple requests from multiple sources (Team Leader, tenant, security, etc.) and prioritizes accordingly to alleviate immediate problems.  Reporting changing priorities back to Engineering Leadership

• Ensures compliance issues with all City, State, and Federal safety and environmental laws, codes, standards, and regulations

• Order, and maintain stock and inventories of parts and supplies as directed by Engineering Leadership

What you will do:

Reporting to the APAC Project Delivery Director – Major Projects, this position is specifically focused on supporting countries across APAC in the execution of large complex installation and retrofit type of projects. The main responsibility of this role is to drive overall improved Project Delivery performance of the Major Complex Project portfolio by focusing on Pre-bid, Planning, Execution Risk, Schedule management, Toll Gate management, Execution Efficiency, Margin Improvements and Variation management. This will be achieved through engaging with the local country Project Delivery Leaders, Project Managers and various supporting functions to manage, coach and drive performance improvement.

How you will do it:

During Pre-bid phase engage with Solution Center, Project Delivery Leaders to review bid opportunities, quantify risk and recommend appropriate contingencies, ensure compliance on the use of Pre-bid checklist.  Have full pipeline visibility of newly secured projects and ensure Toll Gate Review Cadences are in place for timely local and senior management review. Responsible for Toll Gate review findings and actions with local countries and senior Management. During TG1 – Pre-Bid to TG2 – Sales to Project Handover, ensure Sales to Project handover is done in a timely manner with any deficiencies or gaps highlighted to Project Delivery Director & Senior management. During TG3 - Planning phase, support APAC Program Managers and local PMs in identifying and escalating baseline risk including but not limited to Cost, Schedule, Scope or Resources during Toll Gate reviews and ensure these risks are quantified in APAC Risk & Opportunity register During TG4 - Execution phase, drive project effectiveness and optimization by coaching project team to focus on:

MSH recherche un conseiller en renforcement des systèmes de santé (RSS) pour un projet de renforcement des systèmes de santé (RSS) au Bénin, d'une durée de 5 ans et d'un montant maximum de 20 millions de dollars. L'objectif de cette composante de renforcement des systèmes de santé financée par l'USAID est de renforcer les systèmes de santé du gouvernement du Bénin, y compris les ressources humaines pour la santé, le financement, la gouvernance et les données pour la prise de décision, dans le cadre de l'objectif global de renforcement des services, de la demande et des systèmes de santé au Bénin.
