Our company’s Device Development (DD) Team designs, develops, and commercializes novel biologic/drug/vaccine - device enabled combination products to achieve safe and effective delivery to their intended site of action.  The DD Team manages the development of the device constituent of our company’s pipeline of combination products across a variety of therapy areas and routes of administration including inhalation, implantation, and injection.  

Job description

This position will be responsible for leading and implementing medical device and combination product design controls and risk management activities for both new products and inline products from early design concept definition through commercialization to support regulatory filing, product launch, and post-market surveillance.

This position will interact with cross-functional development teams within and external to Device Development. The incumbent must be able to work well with all levels of employees and be able to effectively coordinate the execution of device development strategies. This individual will be expected to apply his/her knowledge of product development, design control principles and risk management techniques to positively support and influence clinical and commercial combination product development and launches to ensure they are developed and manufactured in accordance with regulatory, company, and customer requirements.

   

Principal Responsibilities

• Participate in and support the creation of device development, design controls and risk management strategy for the assigned projects.

Objective:

The Country Director for Vietnam and Indonesia, will play a crucial role in accelerating revenue growth, building sustainable teams, and managing the profit and loss (P&L) for the specified markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving Accelerated Revenue Growth: Achieve aggressive revenue growth targets, aiming to triple the current revenue within the Vietnamese and Thailand markets, started with a smalll base of revenue,
• Team Building for Growth: Build and nurture a sustainable team capable of supporting the growth objectives. This involves recruiting, training, and developing a team that can drive business success.
• Profit and Loss Management: Manage the P&L for the designated markets, ensuring that financial objectives and targets are met.

Role as Product Lead for Data Monetization:

• Strategizing Data Acquisition: Work closely with relevant stakeholders to strategize data acquisition outside of meta-platforms.
• Developing Sustainable Data Ingestion Structure: Design and implement a robust and sustainable structure for data ingestion into the Customer Data Platform (CDP). This structure should ensure data is collected efficiently and securely.
• Designing and Building the CDP: Support and lead the effort to design and build the Customer Data Platform to facilitate revenue acceleration. The CDP should provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Designing and Building Data Monetization Products: Develop data monetization products that enable the sales team to scale up revenue by providing the right product, pitch, and offering to brands.

• Achievement of revenue growth targets.

Job Purpose

You will join the Applications Architecture team and be responsible for the setup, design, development, testing, deployment, and implementation of MDM systems.

Job Description

-Participates in requirements gathering and analysis

-Review MDM funcational specifications to ensure alignment with the MDM tool

-Design and develop interfaces between MSM and other applications, including APIs, ETL, DB Views and other relevant methods

-Work closely with the infrastructure team and the MDM tool principal to effective setup and operate the MDM tool including patches and version upgrades

-Design, develop, test and implement MDM systems including data modelling, data quality rules, error handling, matching and merging, workflows, user interfaces, access control, synchronization and any required customisations.

-Develop technical documentation such as design documents, system test cases, deployment runbooks, operational manual etc

-Plan and execute technical test, such as unit test, system tests, performance test and penetration tests.

-Participate in user acceptance test planning and execution.

-Perform deployment to higher environments

-Monitor and optimise MDM systems performance, scalability and responsiveness

-Ensure MDM systems comply with governance requirements

-Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders through MDM systems lifecycle including operations.

-Provide MDM tool expertise to MDM business and IT teams

-Participate in the development of MDM guidelines and best practices

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent with at least 7 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Must have strong hands-on experience in TIBCO EBX including customizations using JAVA EE.
• Strong experience in MDM system design, including data modelling, data quality rules, error handling, matching and merging, user interfaces, workflows, access control, and data maintenance.
• Strong hands-on experience in MDM systems development, testing, deployment, implementation, maintenance, and support.
• Strong data profiling analysis and data quality issue resolution skills.
• Strong inbound and outbound data interface skills for real-time and batch processing using APIs, ETL, DB Views, and other relevant methods.
• Good knowledge of data governance and data management practices.
• Good knowledge in data security and privacy design, preferably with PDPA/GDPR experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate business questions and information and communicate complex requirements and issues clearly.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with different levels of users and vendors.
• Must be a good team player, proactive in nature, fast learner, highly organized and positive attitude
