We are seeking a capable and experienced Quality Assurance Assistant to join the Learning Disabilities team at their Supported Living services based across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, and Swindon/Wiltshire.

Job Role:
To ensure support the development and embedding of Care Quality Improvement and Compliance with regulatory bodies, such as CQC.

-Work with Registered Managers to ensure all services meet current legislation.

-Working collaboratively with managers and different staff groups to help deliver high quality support.

-Providing expertise within the organisation to inform future ongoing development and improvement.

This Supported Living services provide
Support for people with learning disabilities including autism some with physical disabilities.

Person requirements:
-Extensive knowledge and experience of Adult Social care or have previously been a Registered Manager

-Solid understanding of CQC Regulatory Framework & REACH Standards

-Experience of regulatory compliance through service audits, inspections, improvement planning and monitoring

Duration - Initially 3 months

Hours per week - 37 hours per week

Salary - £19.73 ltd an hour

Description:

• Deliver an efficient and well supported case audit programme for the Department that drives organisational learning and practice improvement
• Operate an effective customer-focused learning and development service that is accountable for delivering learning to the right audience at the right time
• Commission, coordinator and evaluate the delivery of high quality, cost effective learning and development activities to meet the Department's statutory requirements and strategic aims
• Deliver practice development projects and programmes, ensuring clarity of programmes and reports on programme outcomes
• Deliver effective and efficient use of resources, innovation and challenge in the way learning and development is delivered, in line with developmental priorities and budget
• Support senior and frontline managers to ensure development needs are accurately assessed and development activities and designed to meet identified professional capabilities and permanence needs

What is required?

• Knowledge of social work/early years staff training and ongoing social work england CPD learning and development requirements
• Knowledge and understanding of adult learning styles in the work place
• Understanding and commitment to customer care and listening to the voice of the child
• Experience within a similar role

You will be an integral part of the team in hospital to drive Clinical Quality and Risk assessment Project and ensure compliance to infection control, safety requirements and regulations.

• Is responsible for the compliance of all nursing standards as stipulated by MOH and SNB.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• Min 5 years nursing experience in acute setting, preferably relevant experience in infection control
• Good public relations and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Singaporeans Only
• Working Hour Mon - Thurs 8am to 6pm , Fri 8am to 5pm
