Responsibilities:

Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate hemodialysis machines according to prescribed procedures and protocols. Sets up and operates haemodialysis machine to provide dialysis treatment for patients with kidney failure
o Attach dialyzer and tubing to machine and prime the extracorporeal circuits with 0.9% normal saline to prepare machine for use.
o Label dialyser & blood lines with patient name & ID prior to the first use (excluded single use).

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs dialysis equipment, ancillary equipment, and water treatment systems.
• Maintains the physical plant, as directed.
• Ensures outside vendor services are completed per contract.
• Purchases and retain an inventory of service parts.
• Performs, evaluates, and reports water/dialysate sample collection and any actions required.
• Conducts daily, weekly, and monthly trend analysis on the water system to assure system functions as designed.
• Documents all repairs and maintenance activity.
• Assists in planning and installing biomedical equipment to assure safe and effective operation of facility.
• Transports equipment as needed with supervisor consent.
• Participates in monthly technical and regulatory meetings.
• Collaborates with facility staff to ensure all regulatory and OSHA requirements are met.
• Manages inventory, including receiving and putting up deliveries, inventory counts, transporting goods between clinics as needed and assist clinical management with inventory costs.
• Performs initial and annual verification and ongoing monitoring of patient care staff’s technique for testing water system, assuring tests and documentation comply with manufacturer’s specifications for the devices and test equipment used.
• Completes all technical training programs required by state/federal regulations and company policy.
• Provides scheduled after hour technical on-call coverage for your clinics as needed.

What we look for
We are seeking for this role a field services technician to assist and support other team members in commissioning and after sales service. You will successfully work unsupervised and be capable of making informed decisions to complete the tasks as instructed.
How you will do it
Check in with Manager after the end of each work day while in the Field
During, and/or at the end of each day/job, complete all company provided forms to the fullest extent possible.
Responsible for completing daily scheduled tasks.
Check in with client at the beginning and end of each day.
Obtain client signature on company provided forms where applicable.
Use Time Clocks in the plant and ADP app when in the Field to account for daily times.
Hand in paperwork at the end of each trip for processing in sequential order.
Ensure all receipts or invoices for expenses have job numbers and get sent to the correct person.
Ensure all excess materials used for each job are listed properly and documented.
Assist on job sites with other JCI/Silent-Aire Field Technicians as needed.
Answer all office emails/calls in a timely manner.
Check in as needed to ensure Manager or Field Supervisor are aware of your status.
Secure parts and tools needed throughout the day for various jobs as required.
Report all warranty repairs to the Manager or Field Supervisor and provide the necessary info needed to report back to the plant if it is a Silent-Aire internal issue.
Consult Manager or Field Supervisor in times of uncertainty.
Give training to Field Service Technician – Level 1 and support as needed.
Follow all company policies and lead by example. Respect and strictly adhere to the non-disclosure policies, on the jobsite and away.

What we look for
Required:

Full understanding of basic electrical and control systems and how electricity works as well as the process of treating air to simultaneously control its temperature, humidity, and distribution
General knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
Ability to identify 3-phase versus single phase wiring
Understanding of Parallel and Series circuits
Understand OHMS Law and able to use a multi-meter to read voltage, resistance values
Ability to read, understand and work from mechanical drawings
Ability to maintain required records and prepare reports
Must possess valid passport/driver’s license
Aptitude and communications skills related to acting independently
Technical and working knowledge of internal and industry design and construction codes and standards

What we look for
Supporting Silent-Aire’s Mission Critical Services, you will work unsupervised while making informed decisions to complete tasks as instructed. You will also complete detailed end of day reports with complete accountability for the time spent on the task and identify and report the difference between any manufacturing and construction deficiency.
How you will do it
· Rectify all problems detected during preventive maintenance and attend to “non-contract” request calls, breakdowns and furnish reports of the findings.
· Generate service report for customers and provide regular feedback and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of service operations.
· Coordinate and monitor work progress with customer and relevant parties for information to expedite installation and supervise sub-contractors' work at site.
· Advise and train customer on system operations.
· Document work completed and submit service reports
· Keep customer informed on the nature of service provided, outstanding issues, recommends system enhancements, upgrades, or replacements and promotes the sale of change orders.
· Execute retrofit projects and organize schedule for the assigned project under your responsibility, in coordination with your supervisor (applicable to retrofit only).
· During, and/or at the end of each day/job, complete all company provided forms to the fullest extent possible.
· Responsible for time management of jobs scheduled each out of town.
· Check in with client at the beginning and end of each day.
· Obtain client signature on company provided forms where applicable.
· Use Time Clocks in the plant and ADP app when in the Field to account for daily times.
· Hand in paperwork at the end of each trip for processing in sequential order.
· Ensure all receipts or invoices for expenses have job numbers and get sent to the correct person.
· Ensure all excess materials used for each job are listed properly and documented.
· Assist on job sites with other Silent Aire Field Technicians as needed.
· Answer all office emails/calls in a timely manner.
· Check in as needed to ensure Manager or field supervisor are aware of your status.
· Secure parts and tools needed throughout the day for various jobs as required.
· Report all warranty repairs to the Manager or field supervisor and provide the necessary info needed to report back to the plant if it is a Silent-Aire internal problem.
· Set expectations to other team members.
· Must be able to build client confidence in company.
· Must respect and strictly adhere to the non-disclosure policies, on the jobsite and away.
· Provide information to management on training needs and courses of interest.
· Responsible for the daily preparation of the parts and tools for each day’s activities.
· Complete work in a timely and workman like manner.
· Coordinate with dispatcher for the use of company tools and ensure they are returned to the office in a timely manner.
· Participate in company–wide internal meetings as required.
· Maintain company tools in a professional manner.
· Must maintain all safety equipment at all times.
What we look for
Required:
· Basic knowledge of Windows Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
· Must possess a valid driver’s license
· Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate
· Must gain excellent logistical knowledge of customer’s onsite practices
· Must be able to drive to local job and customer sites
· On-call and overtime hours as needed
· Knowledge of safety practices and building codes
· Customer service skills
· Previous experience with start up and commissioning responsibilities at customers facilities
· Ability to read, understand and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics
· Ability to maintain required records and prepare reports
· Aptitude and communications skills related to acting independently
· Technical and working knowledge of internal and industry design and construction codes and standards
· Proven planning, organizational, problem solving, decision–making, supplemented with a practical aptitude
· Ability to lift 40 lbs. and use ladders working from heights
· Industrial, Manufacturing Facilities and Field and office environments
Preferred:
· Experience working in highly sensitive and/or mission critical facilities
· Knowledge of operating principles of various types of cooling/refrigeration equipment and systems
· Knowledge of electricity and electrical and solid state control systems

Responsibilities include test installed systems, measure pipe for cutting, lay out full scale drawings of pipe system ,plan pipe system layout, select materials according to specifications, bore holes in structures using power tools, and install automatic controls used to regulate pipe systems.
The role of welder is to cut and join metals at facilities. Responsibilities include reading measurements to plan layout, determine the appropriate welding equipment, set up components for welding according to specifications, align components using clamp pieces, repair machinery, inspecting welded structure to find flaws and maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
The role of chargeman is to assist in planning, operating and carrying out any work that is related to electrical safety precautions as well as preventive maintenance. Responsibilities include preparing daily records, troubleshoot any problems with electrical equipment, installing electrical equipment, supervise a team of electrical staff.
The role of wireman is to install and repair electrical wiring as well as components in facilities. Responsibilities include reading technical blueprints, inspect existing wiring, identify worn-out components, adhere to safety of electrical systems, training and supervise apprentices.
