• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to converse and liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)
• 2 years work experience required
• Provide assistance to teachers when necessary
• Liaison between Teachers, Parents and Students
• Administrative works includes updating and creating students' record, arranging teachers' schedule, keeping record of expenses, purchases of stationery, pantry items, etc
• Managing and manning front desk reception which includes collection of monies, issuing of invoices, attend to walk-in enquires, etc.
• Handling phone enquires pertaining to courses and services
• Any other duties assigned
• Able to work on weekends
