The selected candidate will liaise and coordinate with relevant departments/ or external partners/service providers for deliverables in accordance to project milestones. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A) Team secretariat/Project Coordination:

1. Prepare meeting schedule, agenda and meeting minutes, and other administrative matters for the project team

2. Assist with project planning, monitor timeline and milestones.

3. Act as the point-of-contact with internal departments and external partners/business associates for the project milestones

B) Database management:

1. Manage exhibitors database for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module

2. Maintain CRM for sales activities with vendor

3. Generate reports for management update, sales activities

C) Sales & Marketing Support:

1. Recruit new exhibitors by developing sales leads through various channels (such as external partners, database culling, telemarketing, face to face meetings, etc)

2. Build exhibitor relationship and provide customer service pre-site and on-site

3. Monitor and execute sales activity of assigned territories/market sectors to achieve sales targets

4. Maintain effective relationships with key trade associations and invite them to being supporting organisations

D) Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

E) Requirements:

1. Polytechnic or University graduate in Events, Marketing or Business
2. With min. 2 years of working experiences. Having worked in the MICE industry with experience in CRM modules (in user capacity) will be advantageous
3. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, both written and spoken due to engaging exhibitors from North Asia markets
4. Able to work independently, highly adaptable and detail oriented.
5. Strong interpersonal skills
