RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for SMU Academy (SMUA).
• Hybrid work environment to support and optimize daily operations on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Manage the creation of learner accounts within the LMS and ensure the assignment of courses aligns with the enrolled learners.
• Create and administer Webinar sessions in the LMS.
• Maintain the synchronization of assessment results with learners' accounts on the LMS.
• Provide dedicated support to learners and trainers, assisting in resolving any LMS-related issues they encounter.
• Actively contribute as a pivotal team member in supporting and implementing a new LMS for the Academy.
• Occasional duty to support Academy courses, averaging 2-4 times a year. Flexible off days will be compensated for work deployments after office hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and adaptable to changes well.
• Meticulous, analytical, and proactive to tasks.
• Possesses strong collaborative skills, fostering effective teamwork.
• Prior experience with LMS, TMS, and/or e-learning authoring tools would be preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Python, and/or Power Automate will be advantageous.
