• Establish monitoring processes for ICT activities to track progress effectively.

Administrative Duties:

• Design and maintain the school website.
• Create engaging posters and collaterals for school events.
• Manage photography and videography needs, including pre and post-production tasks.
• Compile and showcase students' ICT works and projects.

Support in Teaching and Learning:

• Aid teachers in integrating ICT tools into teaching practices.
• Foster an e-learning ICT culture to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

Resource Management:

• Assist in managing school resources, including equipment replacement and loaning processes.
• Optimize Learning Management System (LMS) tools and resources in collaboration with the ICT Manager.

Training and Development:

• Conduct baseline ICT training for students and teachers.
• Provide support during training sessions for teachers on ICT and AV equipment usage.
• Review and improve training programs based on feedback and requirements.

CCA and Competition Support:

• Plan and conduct CCA training sessions as required.
• Train and prepare students for ICT-related competitions, such as the National Robotic Competition.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in multimedia, design, computer studies, or information technology.
• At least 12 months of relevant work experience, preferably in an educational setting.
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Microsoft 365 Suite & Google Office Suite, including Google Classroom and GSUITE admin).
• Experience with Adobe and Apple media editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Familiarity with design media software (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Canva), with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
