The Role
As a Field Research Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a team of full-time researchers capturing data that supports CoStar Group products. CoStar Group researchers collect data, research, and imagery on assigned commercial properties to capture the features and highlights of each building. CoStar Group customers rely on our team to offer content that drives real estate transactions. As a Field Research Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that researchers are always meeting both production and quality standards. Meeting deadlines for our internal clients is a critical part of your responsibilities. Working in the field with each of your researchers throughout the month to ensure best practices are implemented and provide coaching and mentoring is required. This role will be based in market.

Accurately logging working time and providing production updates.
Upload data and images collected on the day the properties are canvassed

We are looking for Research Photographers who will support us as we build out an in-depth understanding of the Commercial Real Estate of Frankfurt and surrounding areas. This role is responsible for ensuring that the CoStar products are representing the most current and accurate information and photographs on Commercial properties and listings through on-site inspections within the assigned geography. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment (Canon R6 and 17-35mm lens or similar, drone where applicable, iPad, laptop, Smartphone, Mobile Wi-Fi and traveling via foot/public transport or hybrid research vehicle when necessary) our Research Photographers canvas the market to identify and capture commercial listings, properties, building attributes, tenants and photographs not represented in the CoStar database.
