I am seeking a Clinical Manager (RMN) to join an established national care provider who specialise in care for young people and adults with Mental Health and Complex Needs. This exciting opportunity will be based in Ealing, West London in a purpose-built private hospital specialising support for people with Eating Disorders and Personality Disorders across separate units. You will lead a team of Ward Managers and Clinical Staff who deliver the highest quality of care to all patients.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
* Have experience of leadership and staff supervision within a care environment.
* Have experience working with young or older people with mental health needs.
* Have a valid NMC pin as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
Reporting to the Hospital Manager, this is a full-time role, (Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm). For your hard work you will be rewarded with a generous salary of up to £65,000 per annum. *£3000 welcome bonus also offered for this role!*

· Responsible for activities related to the Company’s regulatory management systems, including coordinating, training, developing, improving, and implementing existing and new regulatory pathways.
· Prepares, submits, tracks, indexes and archives electronic submissions including information, amendments, annual reports, general correspondence, adverse event reporting, and marketing materials.
· Responsible for helping to develop and manage international product registrations, including working with the market access team to respond to requests for information, and liaise with the distributors.

· Maintain and organize regulatory affairs files and documentation.
· Assist in implementing department procedures and provide support to Clinical and Regulatory Affairs team.
· Maintain ongoing surveillance and analysis of all pertinent domestic and international medical device regulations to ensure submission requirements world-wide are current, up-to-date and are entered into regulatory submission data base and file system.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage the clinical laboratory with MOH license and other licenses such as College of American Pathologists (CAP), fire safety, etc.
· Carry out day-to-day laboratory operations.

Requirements:

· Experience in setting up laboratory for MOH license or other accreditations.
· Good laboratory and strong analytical skills.
· Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
· Meticulous and well-organized.
