DaVita IKC (Integrated Kidney Care) is comprised of an innovative team that is committed to improving patient outcomes and improving quality of life. The Integrate Kidney Care (IKC) Sr. Regional Operations Manager will lead the local IKC team (Regional Operations Supervisor, RNs and Care Coordinators). You will engage and collaborate with the other IKC teammates, and local dialysis providers to implement clinical initiatives, processes and procedures, and care plan developments for IKC patients.
*Clinical Experience Required: Nurse Practitioner (preferred) or Registered Nurse
*Location: Must be located in Houston, TX with the ability to conduct regional travel within East TX and Louisiana.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of IKC RNs & IKC Care Coordinators who manage CKD and ESKD patients; responsible for team performance, productivity, and engagement and retention.
