This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Operations Manager based in Singapore. The Online Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the e-commerce platform in Singapore and Hongkong, analyzing data to improve the customer experience, managing day-to-day operations, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service to online customers.

Delivery Platforms:

• Maintain good relations with 3P delivery partners. (i.e. Oddle, GrabFood, Deliveroo, foodpanda)

• Ensure all menus and product availability are updated accurately.

Middleware & POS Systems:

Analytics:

• Create, maintain and report out centralized dashboards for business, integrating financial, operational and consumer data.
• Manage and optimize the current food forecast process to optimize for cost, and customer experience.
• Perform project specific analysis for business initiatives, including new product launches, product or market tests and historical data analysis to support recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing and Sales) by performing quantitative analysis and ad-hoc reporting to monitor performance and trends.
• Analysing data from all online platforms to develop an optimized strategy for all brands.

Marketing:

• Ensure promotional campaigns are deployed effectively to all outlets and online platforms.
• To assist marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Principal Responsibilities

The key requirements of Technical Account/service Manager to

• Manage Incidents raised by Customers via Coordinating with GPS Client Manager and take it further with IT teams for timely and swift resolution. Work towards governance of SLA on back of issue categorization as High/Med/Low
• Revert to Client managers on issue resolution and help draft communication back to customers with appropriate and exact message on the fix

Qualifications

Compensation:

The role supports customers in the use of our brewing enzymes across Asia Pacific region. The candidate will perform plant trials at customers breweries, provide technical support and training to customers and distributors. The candidate will also drive opportunity pipeline from identification to commercialisation in collaboration with account managers to drive growth in the APAC market.

You bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Food Science or minimum 5 – 10 years of relevant working experience, technical and food processing knowledge of F&B products
• Master brewer or 5 years brewing experience; extensive understanding of brewing process.
• An effective communicator, working with international team and comfortable with matrix organization.
• Business English proficiency is required to support internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in teams and engage multiple stakeholders.
• Due to job nature extensive business travel across APAC is required.

About your new role
As a Network Operations Officer  Water, you will be responsible for providing expert advice for the effective operation of City of Gold Coasts water distribution network.
What you'll be responsible for

Scope, plan and coordinate water network planned and unplanned shutdowns.
Manipulate the water network to manage supply to customers.
Undertake investigations based on SCADA, IoT and GIS data.
Review design and pre-construction drawings.
Proactively investigate networks for GIS discrepancies.

Data Center Operations Lead - Drive Daily Operational Excellence

Are you an experienced data center professional with a passion for leading teams and ensuring operational uptime? We are seeking a motivated Data Center Operations Lead to join our world-class facilities.

In this crucial role, you will supervise a team of data center technicians and coordinate all daily operations across our state-of-the-art data centers. From monitoring critical infrastructure and systems, to responding to alerts and incidents, to enforcing processes and procedures - you will be the frontline leader ensuring seamless operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop a team of data center technicians and vendor staff
• Oversee monitoring of data center facilities, environment, power, cooling, etc.
• Rapidly identify, troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or downtime
• Administer service desk for data center tickets and requests
• Liaise with cross-functional teams on maintenance, upgrades and support
• Assist with disaster recovery planning, testing and documentation
• Conduct operational reviews and report on gaps, risks and improvements
• Maintain comprehensive asset documentation and compliance records
• Provide training to uplevel the data center operations team

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Bachelor's/Associate's in IT, Computer Science or related technical degree
• 5+ years of data center operations and facilities management experience
• 2+ years supervising/leading a technical operations team
• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure like HVAC, fire suppression, UPS
• Experience with monitoring tools, ticketing systems and incident management
• Familiarity with change management, disaster recovery and compliance
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and proven problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Data center certification (CDCP, CDFOM, etc.) is preferred
