As a Program and Operations Coordinator, your main responsibility is to assist the Media Trials Program (MTP) managers on operations, pipeline management, enablement, reporting, escalations, and general program communications. This includes working with deal leads, product specialists and sellers across APAC, as well as Regional Product Leads and the Global Media Trials Program Lead directly when necessary. You will help manage the APAC pipeline and be the first point of contact for the MTP Support Team and country teams for escalations. You will also own the monthlay reporting process and help the team to build quarterly newsletter and other communications.

Responsibilities

• Work across APAC countries to review deal pipelines on a quarterly basis

The Senior Program Specialist (Project Manager) is responsible for the management of projects, projects they may be assigned as a Project Managers of a specific work package(s) within the larger project.
When managing projects, they will be solely responsible for the Planning, Execution and Monitoring & Control of the project with specific emphasis on managing the customer, contract management, project finances and reporting out to the business. This position includes a one-year probationary period. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of fingerprint check and the provision of appropriately identifying documents to certify eligibility to work in the United States.

Hiring Process

IBM consulting GIC is operating from 30+ CICs across APAC, EMEA & Americas (LA & NA). For IBM delivery to contracted client business, a global shared reusable network as well as dedicated network (on case-to-case basis) is required to be established, governed, managed & monitored throughout the life-cycle management of the client contracts.

There is an existing IBM managed network of two flavors that are shared in nature, carrying network traffic of 100+ contracts & multiple contract specific dedicated network are also in existence.

IBM Consulting Network Lead role is to manage the client delivery network, ensuring no disruption in client delivery by working closely with other Network Leads across globe, project delivery executives, clients and network service providers.

The responsibilities of the role :

• Strategize the technology roadmap for assuring secured, available, and compliant client delivery network at optimal price point
• Global program management of the client delivery network, by adequate & effective liaison with CIC network leads,

• Primary on call support for CICS and associated ISV products for eg : Compuware Abend/aid , ASG TMON/CICS. Omegamon for CICS, BMC Mainview, Compuware Xpediter/CICS, CA ACF2/CICS, CA Intertest, CA Symdump.
• Diagnose CICS system and related product issues and follow up with root cause analysis
• Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and tests as scheduled
• Knowledge about the CICS functionality and architecture

· Basic Knowledge on the following technologies: z/OS, Unix System Services, SMP/E, REXX, Java, VSAM, Third party products
