Job Purpose:

Develop and implement all Information Technology (IT) and Record Management (RM) activities to ensure smooth running of the operations, within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.

• Act as a central body to manage a master list and keep track of all IT assets, computer systems, applications, software, hardware available in the company; consolidate and prepare Fixed Asset (FA) report to accurately capture asset value and proper tagging of assets, conduct periodical asset verification exercise to ensure integrity of reporting.
• Liaison between internal users and service providers or vendors on any company specific requirement in managing risk to overall system security.

3.       Record Management

• Create, manage, and maintain a fit for purpose record management system and process from records creation, classifications, security & accessibility, preservation through to disposal, complying to company's policies and procedures and regulatory requirement in order safeguard company’s interest.
• Manage and track the operationalization of record management in the company and maintain a proper process for knowledge retention in order to maximize effectiveness of the Record Management system.

4.       Business Continuity Management

• Coordinate the implementation of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plan to ensure continuity of business operations while minimizing business downtime, opportunity and financial losses and/or adverse business reputation impact during disaster or crisis.

5.       Improvement and Sustainability

• Implement improvement initiatives to support sustainability of information technology and record management delivery through adoption of industry best practices, technological and digital advancement to maximize value creation.

6.       Other Duties as Assigned by the Company

• Plan and execute all other duties as assigned by the company.

Program and Operations Coordinator, Media Trials Program, APAC

Contract Duration: May 2024 to October 2024

As a Program and Operations Coordinator, your main responsibility is to assist the Media Trials Program (MTP) managers on operations, pipeline management, enablement, reporting, escalations, and general program communications. This includes working with deal leads, product specialists and sellers across APAC, as well as Regional Product Leads and the Global Media Trials Program Lead directly when necessary. Your new role

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Service Management Manager. The Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the IT Service Management team, overseeing IT operations, ensuring incident management, and problem management. What you will be responsible for

As Network Management Vice President, you will

• establish, strengthen and maintain relationships with subcustodian and cash agent banks appointed to service State Street’s securities services and cash requirements.
• monitor, evaluate and communicate market developments including their impact and risk, as well as develops expert knowledge about the assign markets’ operating models, infrastructure and regulatory framework. The candidate will communicate this information to internal and external clients verbally, in writing and through formal presentations.
• support efforts for containing costs associated with management of global subcustody network.
• relay client / industry concerns to local market authorities
• serve as a point of escalation for internal and external clients and resolve conflicts and issues related to relationship, operational, regulatory, risk and financial matters.
• manage projects and coordinate efforts of other teams and business units. Examples include agent bank RFPs and operating requirements reviews, clients matrices and topical market information inquiries.

The position requires ongoing familiarity with the industry’s evolving regulatory and compliance framework, as well as monitoring and implementation of resulting changes to the operating models at State Street and agent banks. It also requires particular focus on identification and monitoring of risk across functions and processes and cooperation with the operational areas and with agent banks to mitigate this risk and resolve crisis and financial exposure situations
