The Role Responsibilities

· Ensure financial performance discipline by performing monthly financial review of metrics. Upon review, engage with stakeholders across product, sales, RMs, Finance to investigate root cause of negative variances to revenue or Return on Risk Weighted Assets (RoRWA) and ensure remediation.
· Leads process design work with Operations, Technology and other function partners with the aim of translating process optimization to bottom line cost control with a high degree of reliability.
· Actively mitigates identified business pain points, by evaluating pragmatic solutions that have wide applicability and have potential for replication for the countries/markets e.g. deliver processing system enhancements to for new product offerings
People & Talent
· Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people to ensure that network partners have adequate understanding of Working Capital solutions to drive business momentum while remaining risk-aware.
· Create a training roadmap for Working Capital for TB Sales, RMs, and TB product teams focusing on new deliverables such as Sustainable Finance offerings.
Risk Management
· Identify and mitigate operational, credit, regulatory, legal, fraud and risks in Working Capital product suite through thorough understanding of Compliance, AML. Credit, Operational, Legal, and FCC risk and applies appropriate risk mitigation processes.
· Constant engagement with Risk Framework Owners (RFOs) to improve and implement the product risk parameters end-to-end, including ensuring development and rollout of necessary system enhancements and operational process notes.
· Ensure familiarity with operational risk systems to log and track Material Risk Events, Near-losses etc.
Governance
· Ensure appropriate governance is in place for Working Capital Products and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure the product complies with all process and policy guidelines. This includes being responsible for all product risks within the product management discipline globally for Working Capital products.
· Ensures compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations and lead discussions with risk owners/ audit counterparts
· Builds deep and comprehensive knowledge of regulations and initiatives that may impact Working Capital product suite to stay ahead of the regulatory change and how it affects the product lifecycle including upcoming Basel IV changes.
· Develop and conduct regular self-reviews of the Working Capital offerings to ensure a “fit for purpose” proposition

The Product Manager will be accountable for product:
a. Strategy
The product manager is responsible for setting a product vision and strategy. The product manager’s job is to clearly articulate the business value to the product and development teams so that they understand the intent behind each product release. The product manager owns the roadmap and must prioritize building what matters most to achieve LawNet Technology Services’ strategic goals and initiatives behind the product.
b. Ideation
The product manager will own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas. The product manager will determine which ideas should be promoted into features to push the product strategy forward — namely those that will achieve key objectives for the product line and LawNet Technology Services’ strategy. To this end, the product manager also ensures that feedback and requests are seamlessly integrated into the product planning and development processes. The product manager then communicates the status of ideas back to the stakeholders, members, partners, and internal team members who submitted them.
c. Features
The product manager will prioritize features by ranking them against the strategic goals and initiatives. This requires making difficult trade-off decisions based on the value that new features will deliver to customers and to the business. The product manager is also responsible for defining the requirements for each feature and the desired user experience. The product manager will work closely with the engineering teams (whether internal or external) on the technical specifications and ensure that teams have all the information they need to deliver a complete product.
d. Releases
The product manager must plan with the project managers on what the teams will deliver and the timeline for implementation. The product manager will work with the project manager to define the release process and coordinate all the activities required to bring the product to market. This involves mitigating impediments and bridging gaps between different functions within the Singapore Academy of Law Group and aligning all the teams involved — namely marketing, sales, customer support and back office. Responsibilities also include managing dependencies in and across releases to complete release phases and milestones.

Manufacturing and production are comprised of technicians, production manager, production planner, production supervisor, assembler, operators, assemblers, machinists, fabricators, printing, quality control, tailors, welders, water treatment and woodworkers.
The role of welder is to cut and join metals at facilities. Responsibilities include reading measurements to plan layout, determine the appropriate welding equipment, set up components for welding according to specifications, align components using clamp pieces, repair machinery, inspecting welded structure to find flaws and maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
The role of production engineer is to oversee the production of goods in various industries at factories. Responsibilities include handling budget, ensuring project deadlines are met, analysis of the data found in charts, analysis of operational issues, provide team with technical support and training.
