The Poland data management team supports operations by monitoring and analyzing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization. Data Manager is responsible for driving the objectives of the department by supporting a team of Data Associates in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of service.  

RESPONSIBILITIES     

•    Supervising master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality improvement

Transaction Management is responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle including but not limited to loan closing and servicing coordination, facilitating complex client onboarding, data management, and quality control.  The team will be accountable and responsible for operational oversight of the closing and servicing of all loan transactions of the business division being supported to ensure all internal and external requirements are met.

For the Principal Technical Consultant, Occupational Health Program Manager (Principal Level) position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $108,358 – $130,424 (USD).  An employee’s pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.  We also may have instances where compensation may be outside of the range, based on the factors noted above.  This job is also eligible for an annual discretionary based performance bonus.

Position Overview

The City of Baltimore Department of Human Resources has an immediate opportunity for a Benefits Manager to assist in the overall administration of the City of Baltimore’s health and wellness benefits programs for all active employees, retirees and their benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Under direction of the Chief of Benefits, manages the day-to-day operations for the benefits office.
• Leads and oversees the Workday Enrollment System functions for active, retirees, and dependents including ACA employees, COBRA, and FSA.
• Streamline and implement new benefits processes and address disruptions.
• Ensures timely integrations of the new vendors and submission of enrollment data files. 
• Provides accurate premium reports to vendors.
• Works with BCIT Workday Team, HRIS, Payroll, Retirement System, Departments/Agencies, and External Partners to resolve operational issues.
• Ensures high levels of customer service when dealing with employees, retirees, dependents, and the public.
• Assists Employee Benefit Supervisor, Accounting Supervisor, and Benefits Manager in resolving the enrollment issues, weekly arrears billings, vendor disruption files, retirement system disruption reports, missing premiums, and refund issues. 
• Performs supervisory functions in the absence of the Benefits Chief. Also supervise the Benefits Managers and Staffs, when directed.
• Handles special projects when assigned by the Benefits Chief.
• Assists the Open Enrollment Manager during the open enrollment period and complete the pending business process actions in Workday, 14 days before the open enrollment begins.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field from an accredited college or university and 7 years of related experience.
• Strong supervisory skills required.
• Knowledge of coordinating and managing employee and retiree healthcare benefit programs and plan designs
• Ability to direct and implement new healthcare benefit programs and enhancements
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to strengthen good professional relationships with consultants, vendors, HR managers, labor management and union representatives
• Skill in resolving complex issues
• Detail and multi-task oriented
• Knowledge of technical computer application such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Knowledge of HIPPA, COBRA, FMLA
• Ability to evaluate, analyze and maintain records and audit information to ensure continual data integrity.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Program Manager role over a number of large-scale projects for an important ERM client in the manufacturing industry. These projects involve complex investigation, construction, and remediation works managing the environmental challenges of emerging contaminants in soil and groundwater.
• Work in close collaboration with ERM project managers, subject matter experts and ERM leadership to support the effective planning and delivery of the portfolio of projects safely and within agreed scope/budget/schedule expectations.
• Develop and manage a program-level schedule to track progress, milestones, float, lag, etc. of all related projects/workstreams.
• Effectively lead on the management of key performance indicators like health and safety, revenue, optimising resource planning, timely invoicing, and cash collection.
• Build strong and effective working relationships with clients, project stakeholders, project teams (both external and internal to ERM), subcontractors, and other ERM service lines and ERM business units (BU) involved.
• Plan and lead on the proper resourcing of the different projects, including ERM staff and subcontractors.
• Mentor project team members on best management practices and appropriately delegate project assignments to support team members.

Our ideal candidate:

• MSc in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Extended experience as an experienced program/project manager on complex construction works for an international contractor and/or engineering firm.
• Professional Project Management certification preferred (e.g., PMI)
• Confident in facing clients and regulators.
• Must be highly proficient in both Flemish and English (written and spoken).
• Driven, eager-to-learn, open communicator, proactive in tackling problems and providing solutions, analytic mindset.
• Thrives in a collaborative working environment but is also able to work independently.

· Assist the Head of Compliance in providing compliance advisory services to Branch Management and Department Heads in the discharge of their duties related to regulatory compliance.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

1 Provide administrative and planning support for the Diploma and Degree courses under the Dean’s Office, Faculty of Art & Design.

2 Manage the day-to-day operations, including resource and facilities planning, course/timetable set-up, budget and expenditure records, overseas trips for faculty, etc.

3 Ensure records of student’s progress, performance and attendance are maintained and monitored, and where necessary, handle enquiries, complaints and correspondences with students and parents.
