Job Description
Reporting to Financial Controler, you will be leading a team of finance and accounting professionals, oversee the accounting and financial aspects,managing multiple projects. As senior Fimance Manager, you will manage all budget and forecast,cash flow control  and monitor project financing and fund raising. 
Job Requirements
You must possess a bachelor degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CIMA with a minimum 10 years experience background in property development. You should have knowledge and hands on experience in WIP accounting and project finance. In addition, you will be an enegetic and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, fluent in English and conversant in BM and Mandarin.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is progressing according to schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on the site, assigning tasks, and ensuring that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
• Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring that all workers adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the construction site.
• Monitor the quality of work being performed and ensure that construction activities meet specified standards and codes.
• Liaise with construction workers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders, relaying information, and updates about project progress, schedules, and any issues that arise.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma graduates from Building Construction related courses.
• Minimum 2 years experience in construction industry.
• Capable with Mandarin speaking to liaise with contractors.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have 1-2 years' experience in a CDM related role such as Principal Designer, Health & Safety or CDM advisor. You must have knowledge of the CDM 2015 Regulations. This role is open to someone who is early in their Health and Safety career looking to progress. Must have RTW in the UK and a Drivers' Licence.

Candidate Profile

HSE Coordinators will use their knowledge, skills and experience to promote a positive health, safety and environmental culture in the workplace. They are responsible for ensuring that employees, trade contractors and their operatives comply with relevant safety legislations and that ISG, HSE policies and practices are adopted and adhered to.

Job Purpose

• To assist the Project Manager and Senior HSQE Manager in coordinating the safety requirements at allocated projects to create a safe and healthy working culture and environment

Key Responsibilities

• Drive, co-ordinate and implement ISG Safety Standards in accordance to local legislations.
• Conduct scheduled site safety inductions and safety inductions.
• Ensure compliance to all safe work procedures and RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
• Produce Site Workplace Safety and Health Report on regular basis.
• Co-ordinate Mass Tool Box Meetings, Supervisor Safety Briefings and any other HSE in house trainings when deemed necessary.
• Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as may be required by the regulatory authorities and ISG IMS System.
• Assist EHS Officer in conductance of any EHS related incidents to liaise with MOM.

Essential Skills

• Able to provide inspection reports, with relevant required preventive and corrective measures
• Able to show strong site presence
• Computer literate - Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English
