RESPONSIBILITIES

The Engineer in Media Asset Management Support will be providing comprehensive technical services to support the Company's broadcast enterprise systems for workflow orchestration, media asset management and post-production. The engineer will be providing professional services in supporting the system maintenance, operation requirements and implementation of project with alignment to the Company's business strategy. You are required to carry out corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, security patching and remediation for all systems under Media Asset Management Support (MAMS) with minimum supervision. The Engineer is required to perform shift duty and to provide standby support during key events (The Engineer will also need to implement new solutions and manage projects for system under MAMS.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for Media Asset Management (MAM) systems, post-production systems, workflow orchestration and etc.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Perform system analysis and troubleshooting to identify issues and provide resolution with minimum supervision.
• Perform security measure and hardening of system and remediation.
• Perform system administration, configuration, and setup.
• Liaise with different business units to provide technical solutions to enhance operations and system setup.
• Evaluate and recommends new technology.
• Perform shift work and standby duty.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Info-Technology, Computing or Media.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Strong broadcast IT knowledge, well verse in Microsoft server, Microsoft SQL, VMWare, Window OS, Unix, Red Hat, Centos, Ubuntu, Cloud knowledge
• Familiar with Networking solution such as Cisco and Arista, Dalet, Baton, Diva, ESB, Vantage, Avid PAM, Avid Media Central, broadcast workflow and production systems and file format
• Relevant experience in supporting, Media Asset Management, Post-Production Systems and/or Workflow Systems will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Editing simple videos for social media and promotional content, creating posters for events and campaigns, and engaging with students to enhance participation and feedback.
• Fostering student engagement through communication on various platforms, organizing activities, and soliciting input for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro), graphic design tools (e.g., Canva/Illustrator)
• Able to work independently
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
