The Admin Assistant Role

• Attend to walk-in patients by greeting them and offering them assistance, including responding to patient enquiries and promoting products
• Manage incoming patient inquiries through phone calls
• Responding efficiently to patient inquiries and providing accurate and complete information
• Manage appointment bookings, including following up with patients and giving reminder calls
• Update administrative data in Clinico and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Carry out all administrative duties
• Medicine stock checking
• File documents
• Manage basic house keeping
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data

Duties and Responsibilities.

• Provide overall administration support to the Operations Team
• Coordinate between different departments, clients and contractors to ensure order fulfilment and proper documentation and billing
