• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our IP Products offerings.

Negotiation and GSI Management:

• Negotiate terms and conditions of pricing, forecast and delivery with clients.
• Ensure that projects are executed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor GSI performance and proactively address any rollout or delivery issues.
• Preparations of reports on sales performance, account activities, GSI performance and market trends.

Requirements:

The Project Manager is responsible for the SAP migration projects from R/3 to S/4 Fashion within the PUMA SEAOIN region (South East Asia, India, Oceania). The PM will work closely with the project teams and functional stakeholders to deliver the SAP migration projects, to ensure that the projects are completed on time, and in accordance to business requirements as directed by the project sponsor.

Task 1:

Deliver the PUMA SEAOIN S/4 HANA Fashion Lead project.

This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of project financials to effectively manage budgets, maximize profitability, and ensure accurate forecasting. The selected candidate will be responsible for meticulously overseeing project schedules, delivering milestones, and maintaining strong customer relationships through responsive and professional service.

What You Will Do

Financial Responsibilities:

• Fully understand project budget requirements; effectively communicate these to the project team during PM to Discipline turnovers.

• Consistently meet project budget requirements and maintain knowledge of the financial status of assigned projects.

• Maximize project profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities and initiating change orders for expanded scope.

• Provide accurate gross margin forecasts on time each month, with a variance of no more than +/- 2% from the actual final gross margin.

• Ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely, swiftly resolving any accounts receivable (A/R) issues.

• Provide monthly project forecasting and reports.

Schedule Responsibilities:

• Submit a completed project schedule milestone template to the Scheduler within two weeks of project turnover from AE for entry into ERP.

• Consistently meet project schedule requirements and stay informed about the schedule status of assigned projects.

• Deliver accurate weekly updates of project milestones at least 80% of the time.

• Manage projects to achieve at least 85% on-time shipment performance; seek ways to improve the schedule when slippage occurs.

• Complete and issue customer documentation on schedule, including data sheets, drawings, and O&M manuals, and submit final documentation within two weeks after shipment for small projects and four weeks for larger projects.

Relationship Management:

• Manage a large project team effectively by setting clear objectives, defining scope and deliverables, and communicating progress. Use AE to PM and PM to Discipline Turnover checklists for every project.

• Maintain excellent customer relations by being responsive, professional, and committed to good customer service.

• Obtain customer agreement on equipment plot plan and orientation at the initial stages of project design.

• Provide timely and cooperative customer support post-equipment delivery and lead the project team for successful after-sale efforts, including installation, commissioning, start-up, and warranty.

Other Responsibilities:

• Execute projects in accordance with the Order Execution Manual and other related ISO-9001 procedures, including initiating effective design reviews and maintaining proper record-keeping.

• Initiate and update warranty authorizations prior to the expenditure of funds.

• Develop and maintain expertise in project-specific technical and product knowledge to improve project results, including a high-level understanding of the industry and competition.

• Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in the JZ/KG order execution process and participate in their implementation.

• Attend at least 16 hours of project management or technical subject-related training annually.

• Mentor less experienced project managers.

• Attend all weekly PM meetings when in the office.

• Involve management when assistance is needed in any area of project management.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and maintain high ethical standards in all actions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 5 years working experience as a Project Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

• Experience in working a matrix organization across different geographies

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Management

• Supervise and work with the ground team to prepare each day's activity and ensure that pre-prepped backup supplies are always readily available
• Implement strategies (advertising, promotions, reward system, suggestive selling) to meet or improve financial performance
• Drive targets for Sales Revenue, Cost Management initiatives and monitors closely whether these targets are met
• Work amicably with other Area Managers to meet business objectives
• Analyze past financial, sales profit to spot trends and threats (in regular Operations Meetings)
• Prepare monthly budgets for costs of food, staff, operations based on past data
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement
• Enforce proper cashier and administrative systems which include daily cashiering, petty cash systems, staff working hours/payroll processing, filing of invoices, delivery notes and daily taking
• Enforce outlet audit check form and assist store-in-charged to manage their stores better with a common checklist

Grow Sales Revenue & Business Layers

• Commit to driving top-line revenue to meet budgeted sales
• Use data and statistics from Sales, Product Mix, Ticket Count (TC), Ticket Average (TA) and customer profiles to develop new revenue streams & make informed decisions
• Implement business layers like virtual brand, delivery (online), click-&-collect and others
• Work closely with Culinary & Marketing counterparts in implementing and ensuring the success of A&P Promotions (eg Limited Time Offers, Flash Deals, Occasion-driven programmes) that suit the business needs of different stores
• Keep abreast of store trading area changes such as customer profile & competitive actions/reactions to grow revenue

Manage Budget, Profit & Loss Accountability

• Maximise cost-efficiencies and optimizing profits in P&L Line items (especially related to Food & Paper Costs, Labour, Occupancy, Repair & Maintenance Costs)
• Commit to attaining Area / Store Operating Profit Margin
• Contribute to the planning and monitoring of the Area/ Store's Operating budget

Support New Store Builds & Maintenance

• Work with HQ BD team to enable new store build
• Liaise with contractors for renovations, upgrading and day-to-day maintenance

Maintain Health & Safety Standards

• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness on both personal and operational level
• Ensure the staff always follow workplace safety regulations
• Compliance with the hygiene, health and food safety standards as expected and directed by the Company

Human Capital Management

• Provide emotional and technical support to outlet supervisor/staff in order to build up motivation and morale
• Responsible for the Area's service staff and implementing service standards and workflow procedures
• Train and onboard new employees
• Nurture Outlet-in-charged and 2IC to groom Service Leaders
• Retain good staff count allocated to the specific store
• Adopt and inculcate the Customer First mindset in all staff
