You will engage users, planning teams and partners to leverage technologies to create a productive and high-performing workplace for staff and a good experience for patients and their families at the new EGH. You will also ensure the smooth operations of the EGH Healthcare Living Lab (HLL) with the Development Secretariat, perform integration testing, plan pilots, and engage the multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the smooth implementation of these technologies in the new hospital. You will also work in a team to do research and development for the operation of intelligent systems for healthcare.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent

· At least 3 years’ experience in software programming /engineering / integration work

· Good knowledge in electrical circuitry and PLC

· Familiar with quick prototyping tools such as Unity/Wire framing/Solidworks

· Familiar with management of engineering collaboration platforms such as SLACKS/ GitHUB

· Knowledge in software development with robotic platforms, SLAM or related fields

· Experience in the following is preferred:

1. Robot Operating Systems (ROS), Gazebo, Unity, Linux,OpenCV

2. Robotics perception, LIDAR, object tracking, motion planning, machine learning sensor fusion and system engineering

3. Embedded and real-time systems

4. Algorithm development in C/C++, Python, Unix shell scripting

· Team player with excellent planning, analytical and communication skills

· Possess critical thinking skills and willing to think outside of the box.

· Action-oriented, highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions

· Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Job Descriptions

• Manage ICT Application contracts to ensure the project/application vendors meet contractual obligations.
• Track the projects’ expenditure and ensure meeting the agreed budget utilisation.
• Manage and monitor defects, issues and incidents of IT applications and services to meet the agreed service level agreement.
• Provide application support in all stages of IT application life cycle.
• Ensure compliance to Application Architecture and policies relating to ICT Application services
• Ensure security patches on ICT Application are timely updated in accordance to policy.
• Resolve escalated IT cases in an accurate and timely manner.
• Manage, support and track IT change management activities.
• Undertake and carry out ad hoc IT operation assignments and tasks arises from projects or day-to-day operation.

Job Scopes

· Support the team on administrative and project management work where required;

· Administrative support to Project team inclusive but not limited to meeting arrangements, minutes taking and clearances, keeping track of job tasks, preparation of reports and documentation, etc;

· Review and ensure Project Documents are complete and lodged in available organisation platforms for knowledge sharing; and Electronic Registry to comply with Audit requirement;

· Assist to create Division’s project databases; and compilation of documents and drawings to create standard reference templates for use.
