Overall Responsibilities

Key Tasks:

Administration

JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent manages HR services and activities to support the hospital’s overall human resource strategies, including liaising with line managers to understand critical requirements and collaborating with hiring managers to prioritise requirements. Manpower Planning

• Master’s degree in e.g. Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Law
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and written
• 1-3 years of working experience

Strategic Partnership

• Collaborate closely with various departments, devising HR strategies and offering tailored HR solutions

Employee Relations

• Address and resolve complex employee relations matters through thorough and impartial investigations

Talent Management

Reporting

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3-5 years or more experience in an HRBP role with at least 3 years in managerial role
• Prefers incumbent with at least 3-5 years in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry
• Strong HR Generalist (with payroll experience)
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
