Role Overview:
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with HR team, internal customers and HR suppliers and grow in HR expertise.
A Jr HR Business Partner Intern will be responsible for assisting the HR team in
recruiting, training, internal communication and development activities.
We are looking for an intern for 6 months to our Bottanuco office, even if you’ll have the chance to move on other Italian offices, located in the province of Brescia and Milan. There is hybrid work option.
Typical Accountabilities:
- Attends internship events and functions including but not limited to social networking events and roundtables
- Assists with assignments the team is currently working on in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and internal communication areas
- Familiarizes oneself with the functions of the department
- Contributes valuable work through delivering against performance goals and assigned projects
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ideally possesses a bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent) in a related field
- Ideally 1-2 years of working experience (previous experience in HR, multinational company)
- Effective people management skills
- Highly motivated, a self-starter and great team player. Good attitude towards teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
- Italian – native speaker, English – fluent both written and verbal
- Ability to travel between our plants by car

- Ability to accurately follow instructions
- Takes initiative and is intellectually curious.
