Product

• Work closely with principals to be equipped with relevant understanding of new technology and devices in the IVD/Blood Therapy department
• Participate in promotional activity to increase product awareness in the market
• Develop and implement plans for the product line (make recommendations into current product pipeline)
• Actively participate in workshops and trainings to gain in-depth understanding of technologies and devices
• Hold a credible dialogue audience ranging from surgeons to consultants and key decision-makers
• Build & maintain long term relationship with key customers
• Ensure that customers are provided with high quality care & attention throughout the sales & service process of medical technology procured

Skills & Experience:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Medical Technology or Science
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Possess minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, specialising in medical devices, or experience in the IVD / Blood Banking / Blood Therapy
• Able to travel overseas
• Must be comfortable in supporting cases in Operating Theatres

Responsibilities

- Maintain a smart and well-groomed appearance to align with the professional image of the brand

- Take orders from the customers

- Prepare and serve beverages for customers

- Attend to customers promptly recommend suitable products to meet their needs

- Ensure that all merchandise are properly displayed on the shelves

- Provide regular customer feedback to the retail manager on fast moving products

- Responsible for housekeeping to ensure that the retail area and tea bar counter are kept neat and clean at all times

- Handle the POS system and ensure the accuracy of all transactions

- Prepare daily store opening / update of daily sales

- Observe the opening hours by being punctual and complete the closing according to SOP

Requirements

- F&B or bubble tea experience preferred.

- Good command of spoken English

- Enjoys being around people with a warm personality

- Detail oriented and organized

- Highly motivated team player, self-starter and willing to learn

- Applicants with Basic Food Hygiene license will have an advantage
