Purpose of Job

Responsible and maintaining the facilities operations and upkeep the facilities in a clean, safe and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for planning and implementing preventive maintenance plan for the facilities, service and maintenance term contracts administration and management. Facilities Operations

· Conduct general inspection on a regular basis to identify services for rectification for the properties.
