Job Description:
-Complete comprehensive review of incoming customer onboarding documents and ensuring that the application is consistent with company’s policy and customer risk control assessment. 

-Reviewing customer KYC documents by utilizing our validation tools and reputable sources to verify the AML documentation. 

-Perform CDD/EDD on customers to ensure that the AML onboarding process follows our compliance policies and procedures. 

-Follow up pending cases according to our internal SLA.

Responsibilities & Duties

You will handle the Accounts Receivable of SingHealth HQ, including creating sales invoices, credit and debit notes and handling subvention receipts. You will also be required to maintain the accounts of MOH funded projects by maintaining the schedules and preparing invoices for submission. You will also be required to support the Treasury function, such as by broadcasting bank statements to SingHealth HQ accounts and tracking fund movements.
