What does our New EMEA Graduate Program Look like
The Program is structured as follows:
Introduction Month
During your first month you will have extensive onboarding enablement in a Salesforce-like academy, where you will:
Develop an understanding of our solutions, technologies and tools.
Learn critical professional skills for your career in salesforce
Get immersed in the culture of salesforce and truly understand our values
Structured learning calendar with sessions & hands-on workshops led by experts and program alumni
First Rotation (3 Month rotation)
During this Graduate Program you will have the opportunity to experience the Sales Graduate Path and the Solution Engineering Graduate Path. The structure for both are similar, for both you will spend 60% of your time immersed in the role, you will have clear tasks, clear targets and you will align with key stakeholders and the other 40% of your time will be spent on role specific learning. You will be paired with mentors/buddys with experience in the path.
Second Rotation ( 3 Month Rotation)
If during your first rotation you completed the Solution Engineering Graduate Rotation, then you will join the Sales Graduate Rotation from month 5 through to 7 and vice versa.
Third Rotation ( 3 Month Rotation)
Having completed both paths for your 3rd Rotation you can state your preference for your final 3 months.
At the end of each rotation there will be a required certification to test your skills and business acumen.
Once successful during the certification process you will then be eligible to panel for promotion.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Planning Engineer with an experience in villa communities/ buildings/ infrastructure projects to join our team! In this role you will get to perform as project control engineer/specialist to contribute expertise in project controls, scheduling, and earned value management.
What You'll Be Doing:
Review and convey consent to the Engineer / Contractors’ Baseline schedule of works in line with Contract conditions, and using Parsons Recommended Practices.
Validation of compatibility of assigned resources for timely completion of the project.
Develop Masterplan integrating multiple packages considering their interdependencies to identify and reflect the impact of one schedule/project on others.
Strong foreseeability to identify the potential risks/conflicts, and document them in the Project Risk Register.
Evaluate & verify the planning and scheduling information from the updated / progress schedules, Identify the potential areas of delay/slippage, highlight the critical events & suggest mitigation measures / corrective actions / robust recovery plan.
Exercise “What if” analysis to assess the time impact of each change, variation, and potential event at an early stage and provide alternative courses of action & advice as a subject matter expert before issuing such instructions.
Prepare regular progress reports / monthly reports with program analysis and recommendations, addressing program issues to ensure timely project completion, and preparing presentations regarding the work's progress concerning interim and major milestones.
Detailed assessment of the complex claims including Extension of Time, Disruption, etc using leading forensic delay analysis methodologies including time impact analysis & window analysis with the strong skill to demonstrate the cause & effect of individual event and ability to identify the contractor’s concurrent delay.
Discuss, coordinate, and resolve the planning and scheduling problems with the contractor and the Employer.
Coordination with the Client to finalize the contractor’s programs, reports, and claims.

Preparation of Trackers / Logs to monitor critical issues during the Design and Construction stages of the Project.
Agree on the Project Measurement System (PMS) and key indicators with the Consultants / Contractors /Employer during the Project for monitoring purposes.
Ability to communicate clearly to conduct presentations to management and interface effectively with a diverse group of professionals. Provide the reasoned & analytic response to the contractor notices and detailed particulars using programming data, sound construction practices, and contractual provisions.
Proper record keeping of project contemporary records.
Issue delay notices for the contractor’s culpable delay and/or slow performance letters recording areas where the contractor’s performance is behind the schedule.
Be able to manage a team of planning engineers from the Consultants and Contractors, providing them with technical and leadership skills.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized institution.
